Ember sighed and stepped closer through the ashes and placed a hand on his chest then looked up into his eyes. "I can't kill the one I love. I have your blood coursing through my viens. I'd rather you kill me, when they write the reports it will say I died during a mission, an honor amongst the clan." She said fighting back the erge to cry. She had just told him to kill her instead of her killing him, now she was worried that he might just take her up on the offer. There lips were so close she could smell the alchohol he had consumed.

Kamen looked down into her eyes as he gently removed her hand on his chest. His eyes had a slight ray of light of emotion in them as he stared at her. The grin gone from his face as he became serous. "Those are death notes that you speak love . You should have killed me when you had the chance. Now you will die." He pulled back from her as he glared at her. The cigar busted into flames as the flames began to run up his hand.His eyes emotionless as he stared at her.

Ember stood ready to die. She'd rather die in the hand of someone she loved then by her own hand. She almost laughed at the thought that it would have ended any other way. All along she had known Kamen would be the one to kill her since that night at the bar, but she hadn't known when. But now everything from her dreams took form. The ashes falling to the ground like snow. Burning fire in his eyes and all around him. She let a single tear fall as she looked into the eyes of her killer.

Kamen turned from her as he stumbled away. His face sad as it pained him to think that is what she wanted. He closed his hand as the fire vanished. He cursed at the lose of his favorite cigar. This was not a good night for him he thought as he dug in his pocket for another cigar. Not only couldn't he remember the past few days but he had lost Ember as well and now the conical wanted him dead though he had been on their list of a while he knew. He looked about him as he wandered where he should go he couldn't stay here no more that was for sure. Now the conical would be after both him and Ember. He knew he would have to stay close he couldn't let anything happen to her. Even if he wasn't her best chose as a lover he was going to protect her. He grined as he found one last cigar. He happily lit it as he began to smoke again.

She closed her eyes and took a deep breath...........She expected pain......She expected to vanish.......She expected something. But nothing happened. She opened her eyes and saw Kamen lighting another cigar. The flames gone, she looked around confused. "I thought you were goin to kill me? I asked for it remember." She said stepping closer to him. She looked at him with pleading eyes. The council would be after her if she was alive.....She looked up at him scared.

Kamen looked down at her as he turned back to his cigar enjoying it to much to worry about much at the moment. Between puffs he spoke to her in a soft tone. "Yes, this is true you did ask for that. But that can not be love. I would never hurt you much less kill you." He turned back to her as he removed his cigar,leaning down his kissed her lips gently then moved back to his cigar. It was one of the only things that could clam him down when he was upset.

Choking slightly from the smell of the cigar Ember looked at him. He was a strang creature indeed, but she loved him. She didn't know what she was thinking professing her love to See'r, that was puppy love. Of course she had feelings for him, he helped make her who she was. She told her self. With a small smile she tackled Kamen to the ground, careful to catch the Cigar before it fell. She planted her lips on his and kissed him.

Kamen gently wrapped his arms around her as he returned her kiss. Even in his drunken state this was his one sober moment. He looked at her as the flashbacks of her came back to him. He gently broke their kiss as he took the cigar and put it out. "Sorry I forgot how much you hate those things that's why they are so old. I stopped smoking them the night I meet you. Why do you love me Ember? You could have any other why me I am not the best for you." He smiled as he leaned up and kissed her again. She was still the same girl he had been infatuated with at the club. He never knew why he couldn't ignore her when she spoke, or why she was the one girl he would do anything she asked of him. All he knew was she was the one he loved in his own way no other would ever come close to her.

"Because you and me are so alike, And I do so love myself." Ember said laughing as she kissed him again. She sat up and looked down at him. Memories flashed through her head as she looked into his eyes. After the club she had played hard to get for a while, he came back day after day until she agreed to go on a date. He had taken her to a cheesy italian restaurant with a Mob theme.

He looked up at her and laughed as he gently stroked her chin. "So that is it then. I thought it was my amazing taste in food and drinks."

"That and your impeckable taste in fashion." Ember added with a laugh.

Kamen laughed then looked at her serous. "What now? You can't go back to them and well there is no reason to stay here. They will come here first." He gently moved to his feet as he held out his hand for her.

"There is that abandoned Castle in Vampire Forest, We could hide in there, they'd never think to look in such an obvious place." She said taking his hand and looking at him.

Kamen laughed as he pulled her close to him. "You have learned a few things haven't you. I better watch out of you or you'll get me one day. Then lets go though you may have to lead...I think I had to much vodka and rum. I tried to beat your record I think I won."

"That's funny, you think you can out drink me." Ember laughed taking his hand. She ran to the castle and looked up at it. "I guess this will be our new home for awhile." She sighed.

((OoOoOooooh. Nice way to bring them all together again, yes? One great, big, happy family reunion! :sweat: Oh dear. LOL))
