My name is Christina, but I often go by Kurishi (or Kuri for short). I'm obviously new here. So Hello! Um, I like to roleplay and would love to get into a few here. So if anyone has any good suggestions let me know. I like survival horror games like Fatal Frame and Silent Hill. I'm a huge Left 4 Dead fan! I also adore/worship Shadow Hearts. I like horror movies and have seen all the "classics". So I'm open for discussion anytime on those as well. I generally like everyone unless someone is being stupid or acting like a jerk. And finally, one thing that irritates me the most is when people talk in txt tlk. I find it down right silly.

Other Info: I'm married and have a 3 week old daughter named Alice. I have a "doggie daughter" named Piper, who is a dorkie beagle. I own two betta fish Bob (blue one) and Alpha (red one). I did have a fiddler crap named Charlie who passed away.

Welcome to Menewsha. I've only been here about two weeks myself, but so far so good. :)

I personally do not roleplay, but I may start soon because I know a lot of people do, there is a forum specifically for roleplaying so you should have fun there.

I am too busy and poor for videogames so I don't play them much but I did play left for dead once and I'll agree that it was really fun. I wasn't any good though, lol. I also want to try Silent Hill, there are so many references on the internet that it has officially peaked my interest.

I'm not much of a horror film person myself, no particular reason though. I simply don't watch.

And don't worry, I won't talk text talk here. In fact, you should really like Mene (Menewsha) then. Unlike many sites which will arbitrarily give you money for posting, Mene actually gives you more credits for the more you type. Thus encouraging people to actually type the word out.

By the way, I think you made a typo in your pets...specifically Charlie's bit. I'm sure he was/is better than crap.

I am also 19, but my birthday is out in February.

Oh, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask. Everyone I've met so far has been really nice and friendly so don't worry about looking dumb or anything.

And by the way, my inner otaku must know; Kurishi sounds Japanese, does it mean anything?

@ Chibikomeh: Whoops! I did not see that mistake until you pointed it out. Stupid p's and b's looking the same! ^__^ But as far as Silent Hill goes, it is very amazing! The first one came out on Play Station One which should be lowered in price greatly. The game itself though may be a bit expensive seeing as the Silent Hill series has gained in popularity over the years. They are a really good games though. As for the roleplaying, it is super fun! It took me sometime to get used to it, but after the second or third post I was hooked.

As for the name Kurishi, it is Japanese. It's just their way of pronouncing and spelling Chrissy. The meanings are the same as they are in English, but if you shorten the name is Kuri it means Chesnut. I can't remember if that's in Japanese or another language though.
