Rain watched as Santo tended to Kitty.
I'm not jealous. I think.
She walked to the door and found two people coming in much slower than Santo had. She gave them a quick nod and dashed outside, reaching her cellphone and dialing Jorge's number.
"Jorge... Yes, this is Rain. Is my katana still there, or did you sell it?... Okay. I'm coming over tomorrow to get it. Okay? It better be there... you know about those wanted posters in Japan. Good." She hung up suddenly, not giving him a chance to say anything. She walked back inside and put her pocket knife in her jeans.
He'd better not try anything. I wonder if I should ask Hal or Santo to come with me.

"Sure that'd be great Santo, it's good to see you ok and not in shock by the way both of you, she nodded at Rain. Most every one saw my last episode." She cracked her neck and reached for the eye bandage. She ripped it off hissing. "So how bad is it?" IT was black and blue and bloody, but clean no pus or any other gross thing. She smiled, "Scarage is sweet." She blushed at her little fettish.

"Ok then bring me my bag from the doctor it's in the fridge or i think i put it there." She couldn't remember. She was only seeing one thing right now and talking distracted her from that face.

"I'm sorry Santo i'm distracting myself." She removed a wrapped bottle from the bag. "Zale was conciderate this time it seems." She opened it and sniffed, nodding. "Poor things." The smell of blood was permeating the room and went out the window. She started to drink what she hid from the others. "I'm sorry." tears started to run.

Kitty took a long swige of her blood, and covered her mouth so she could clean it. Whe she took her hand away she put the lid back on, "Thanks Santo, though our main area is just the laundry the table in the center can be moved and you can use it." She smiled at him, hoping her teeth weren't red. "I feel a bit better, but i need the distraction for a few hours." She closed her eyes for a moment, and it was there, the blank stare of fear and detrermination. She opened her eyes with a shudder.

Santo said, "The party will be tomorrow but perhaps we can do something to distract you today if that is what you need."

"No i don't want anyone to miss out on the fun." She went to her bathroom and picked up a red rag and wetted it with hot water. She came back holding it on her eye. "My eye seems to be bothering me more than the rest of me."

Rain walked back inside and plopped down on the stairs and sighed. She needed someone to go with her to get her katana so she wouldn't have to kick Jorge's ass if he tried to touch her. But then again if anyone saw the katana before she needed to use it they'd freak out and get suspicious.
But she could come up with something... It was my mother's... My father got it for me when he visited me a couple years ago... Family tradition? Something..
"Ah.. I'm going tomorrow too, huh... I need a drink."
Rain went up into her room and closed the door softly, searching her luggage for the bottle of wine she picked up the night she first arrived. She grabbed her coffee cup, rinsed it out in the sink in the bathroom, and poured herself a glass.
"That's better. Way better."

Rain flopped down the stairs and giggled to herself. She'd only had a cup and a half of this crap and she was already stumbling around? What the hell was this crap anyway? Ah.. but it tasted good. Oh so very good. She giggled again and tripped, falling down the rest of the stairs. She hit the bottom and laughed loudly for five whole minutes about nothing but her on the ground from tripping. When she was finally out of breath, she got up and stumbled, giggled, and walked around, trying to find the others. She gave up and sat on the ground, the room spinning slowly around her.
Lalalalala... Lalalalala... KBOOM! Airplane! Weeeeeee.
Rain laid out on the ground. She'd have to check the label later and see what the fuck they put in this shit. She loved it! No worries. Carefree. Now she kind of understood why her dad was an alcoholic. She wondered if she was acting like the people in movies and on TV, totally making fools out of themselves.
Was that Big Bird?

Kitty nodded, "I know there's just somethings in life you never want to see again, I hate the fact that i am the only reason Tetsuke-Tai isn't amember of this world." She wiped the tear from her eye. she went over to hal and hugged him. "HAl is the only one that stuck around after that, even though Lacey and Cove promised to return."

After a minute or so, Rain saw Santo standing in the doorway next to Kitty. She crawled over and hooked on to his leg, giggling a bit.
"Hiii Kittty. Kitty Kat! Teehee." Am I going crazy? Kitty Kat? The fuck is wrong with me?

"Oh Santo. My ankle is fiiine." She broke out into a little fit of giggles and stopped abruptly. "I'm totally fine. Though I dont.. *Giggle* remember why I came down here. Santo. That's funny. Santo. Manto. Fanto. Ganto. Haunt-o. Wanto. Teehee. Your name is funny. Did I ever tell you that, Yanto-Santo? Teehee." Everything was so... alive.. when she was drunk. But she knew she'd have a killer headache tomorrow morning. She poked at his belly button and laughed. "Ticklish, Fanty-Manty-Santy? Are you? AAAAAREEE YOUUU?" Rain giggled uncontrollably and reached for his sunglasses. She wanted to see his eyes again. They were that pretty green color. That was green, right?

Rain pouted and said, "You're no fun, Santooo." Yet she still clung to him, not wanting to fall over. She giggled some more, and went slowly as he lead her up the stairs. When they were somewhere in the stairwell, she pinned him against the wall with an iron grip and stared at him. She moved closer and sniffed. "You smell like strawberries! I LOVE STRAWBERRIES." She giggled a bit and went back to staring, then tried to kiss him. "Santooo. Stop moving. It's hard for me to kiss you if you keep moviiiing~!"

Rain giggled at what he was saying. She looked at his eyes and said, "You're pretty, Santo. I wish I was pretty." She grabbed his wrists in one of hers and touched his hair. She'd always wanted to do that.
It was crazy how much confidence she'd gained by just taking a sip or so of the weird wine. She could tell Santo was disgusted with her being drunk, even through the buzz, so she backed off after touching his hair and bit her lip. She took a step up the stairs and wobbled, then grabbed the handrail and took another step.
"Ah, shit. I'm going to have a major hangover, aren't I? *Giggles* All's well that ends well!" She'd stop moving up the stairs, and looked back at Santo. "You really don't like me, do you? I disgust you, don't I? That's why you hate me. There's no point in me asking if I know the answer to the question. No, not that question. A totally different question. Question. Funny word."
Wait. I'm able to keep myself under control for about five seconds before I go beserk again. Just ask him if he'll go with you tomorrow to get your katana! Shit.
HOLY COW. I'm seeing all this crazy shit now. Elmo, the Loch Ness monster, your mom...

Santo cursed to himself as she held his wrist. He noticed though that something got through but like most drunks she blew it out of proportion. He went to her to help her up the stairs still not wanting her to get hurt. "I don't hate you and I am not disgusted with you. You are just drunk and people do not think properly when they are drunk."

"I think very well right now, thank you. It's every five seconds, I think.. Santo, tomorrow would you... Would you..." She burst into another fit of laughter and stopped, concentrating on her words and getting to her room. "Would you come get something from a friend with me? I don't like going to see him alone, for I don't want to kick his ass." She took deep breaths. In, out. In, out. I'm getting the hang of this thing. Hang! Hangover! I'm going to have one tomorrowww~! Ah, mental sigh. Right when I think I have it..
