(ok don't know what's been going on in our little world though. except kitty)

Kitty was in the center of the park when she saw were her pack leader was hiding. She went to him hoping the closeness would help her get back home soon. She was anxious to help those who she had added to her family.
The pack leader smiled at her sadly, “My princess come we must go far away for a short while.”
“I’m not you princess now tell me how I can help you.” She frowned at the older man. He had a long trench coat and when he walked he leaned heavily on the black cane he used, his grey hairs were peeking out from under his top hat.
“You know I can’t help calling you princess, you have been since you were a kitten.” He sighed wrapping his arms around his reluctant adopted daughter.
“I’m the kitten that killed mother, and your brother. I just need to know what you need of me now.” She sighed.
“you didn’t kill your parents, those stupid humans did, I still can’t believe you married one.”
“TESTU WAS different and so is Santo.”
“Oh so there is a new one, anyway that’s enough of your whining, you can get back to those you wish to protect soon.” He put an arm around Kitty and started toward a small black car.

Awhile later
Kitty was standing mouth agape staring at her adoptive father, "you want me to what?!"

"take Kaara with you I can't take care of her and you are our most probable mother, without kits" The man responded.

"Taylor That's not fair I take care of my tenants to the best of my ability, I just can't do this right now."

"Don't talk to me that way Kitty-Jean, you left this pack to create your own and you don't have a single cat to show of it. Kaara will be your first." He shoved the young babe in her hands and handed her a bag with what she needed to care for it.

"Fine but you'll find she'll still be here when i leave, she screamed at the man. she felt the lump that was her phone in her pocket she was happy she still had it with her. She carefully carried the babe to her cousin's home south of the appartment. She knocked and when the woman answered the door she sighed. "I'm sorry Machal but i can't do what Taylor wants me to, I'm in the midst of getting my home back in order and as you can see i'm healing from some serious wounds."

"Oh dear I know hun and i will take care of Kaara, that man is just stubborn that you don't have your own kittens Yet." She lifted the babe from kitty's arms and let her in.

"thank you so much Machal." She entered the woman's home she was a long cat who needed the babe's companion anyway.

(Uhh, I think Santo's in his room, Rain and Cove are in Rain's room, Hal is somewhere else, and I don't know about anyone else.)

Kitty sat down and watched as the woman laid the babe in a crib that just happened to be there, "you knew didn't you."

"Yeah pretty much." She laughed, "You should get back to your home you've been away for a while and your hurt, you need your companions and home. I may bring the kitten to you to watch at times." She smiled.

"That i can handle." she played with a strand of Kaara's spotted hair. She leaned down and kissed the kittens hair, "You take care of her, we are our children."

"I know I'm older than you and i know what a child needs. Now go." She pointed at the door and watched the younger woman leave.


Kitty started back towards the appartments, happy that the girl would be cared for and happy she wouldn't be responsible. She stood outside the front door then sat on the side of the front steps. Sighing, remembering her letter to santo, and the other letters she left out. "This could be bad."

Kitty sigh again and stood and opened the door to her home, she looked and saw that all was in order. "Wonder how long it's been since i left, I don't seem to remember how long ago i left." She went to her Office and sat at her chair, "i wonder if everyone left me?'

"I get it...I get it...Sorry." Cove rubbed the back of his head, drinking the rest of his wine cooler. "Uhm, Honestly. Whatever you wanna do, Rain. I'm not that really good at making any decisions. Unlesssss...you want me to go get my guitaaarrrr~?" He wagged his eyebrows at her. "And I play you a little diddy or something as a birfday present?"

((ok my bad i didn't realize it was still Rain's birthday, it's the day after for kitty so she isn't really there yet she is still with her pack. and I really don't know what's happened i think Rain had a b-day party and Kitty and Santo Ruined it by fallling for each other, when rain likes Santo. It's kinda complicated Then rain confessed some stuff to Cove and Hal went over seas, and santo went for a walk.))

((I'm just gonna run with this as it is though, It's late at night and kitty has returned. She is in her office.))

Kitty had started crying on her desk at the thought of what might have happened to the kitten if she hadn't taken her to Her aunt. "What's wrong with me." She sighed. She stood up and wavered, her eye throbbed alittle, "Oops in all the excitment I haven't had a chance to Take care of that." Kitty went to her bathroom and looked at the small red stain on the fabric, and shouted, "SHIT! how did that happen!"

"Ahhh, sweet. Sounds awesome." Cove stood up, stretching a bit, "I'll go get my acoustic." He paused in mid stride towards the door. "What was that?" His head turned looking towards Rain, then followed her to the door. "Should we check it out? Or do it later?" He was listening carefully for any other noise, or a response to Rain's call down the stairs.

Kitty wanted Rain to be enjoying herself so she shut her mouth as she peeled off the bandage to look at the damage then remembered what happened that morning, "Ah not gonna do that, I wonder if Santo is in." She listened for the young ones to leave the hall.

"Rain go back to having fun please, I'll take care of it." She really did feel horrible suddenly her stomach hurt, Lack of food dummy. She knelt on the floor please go rain just go back to enjoying yourself it's your birthday, I don't need to ruin it more. She looked at the blood spot on the bandage, she had replaced it. It's getting worse. Why is this happening?

Rain shifted. "Kitty? Is something wrong?" She snorted at Kitty telling her to go back. "I'll go back when you open the door up and let me see for myself that you're okay. I can't have fun if I'm worrying about you," she said slowly, hoping Kitty would get it. She wondered if Cove had obeyed what she'd asked and went back to her room or not. Rain said and thought her words out carefully as to not hurt his feelings if he was hiding out. "I hope you don't think you ruined it because of earlier today. My birthday, I mean." She sighed. If that was the case, Rain would feel bad. There's just some things I need to get over, I guess. I need to stay away from relationships for a while.

She opened the door and looked reprovingly at rain, she had put a new peice on her bandage to make sure she couldn't see blood, "I'm 30 Rain, you can't lie to me. Now i'm fine go have fun."

Rain blinked. "Who said I was lying?" She looked Kitty up and down, sighing. "Fine." She started to turn away, but turned back quickly and hugged Kitty for a minute before fleeing up the stairs. She think I was lying about her and Santo? She grumbled to herself before pushing the door back open. Cove wasn't in the room, so she'd guessed he was in his room for the time being. She went into her room and grabbed her keyboard, the stand, seat, and amp and dragged them into the room, two pieces at a time - the seat and stand first, then the amp and keyboard. She plugged the amp up to the wall and ran her fingers over the keyboard, sitting on the leather seat and jumping back up. The leather was cold, and she'd forgotten she'd had a dress on. She smoothed it out under her legs and resumed playing, turning the volume up a little bit. Satisfied, she began a piece by Beethoven, hitting a bad note off the start. She played through it though, continuing and adding her own flow into the piece. She'd always preferred adding a hint of her own style into her pieces.

Kitty sighed, "sorry rain, I don't want to worry you, or anyone else for that matter." She needed hal. He was her rock now that Testu wasn't around to hold her up when things got bad, there was Santo but she may like him but that didn't mean she knew him.

She entered her roomand remembered her medicine, "If i sleep it will heal on it's own right." She pulled the kit she rarely used and the only tennant that knew about this kit was Hal. "Well no one will understand what is happening." She sighed and pulled the slip of paper that she would write instructions on.

She wrote:

Hello whoever worried enough to check on me, no i'm not dead this is a medicine i'm to use in dire situations. The wound isn't healing with natural sleep so i'm going into dead sleep for awhile. I'll wake up soon. Don't worry just keep the bandages off the wound.

She posted it on her bedroom door and pulled the syringe from the kit, then lifted the bottle she only ever used once, and that was to get away from the horror of what happened with Testu. She slipped a clean needle on and fill 2 grams of the medicine into the tube. She cleaned the injection spot on her leg and took a deep breath before stabbing and injecting the medicine. She smiled as she started to feel instant effects. her legs wouldn't hold her. She started to crawl to the bed leaving the kit open, but collapsed in a death like sleep on the floor.

Cove nodded and left her apartment, walking to his. Once he got to his apartment he threw open his door, grabbing his guitar case off his coffee table, along with the sparkly purple guitar pick. Closing his door behind him as he left his apartment, making his way back to Rain's. Cove went back inside, leaning his guitar against he couch standing it up. "Hey, I'm back." He opened the case, pulling his guitar out. He pulled strap over his head. It was earthy tones of purple, green, gold, yellow and black with a repeating Owl pattern. Oh, yeah...we had a thing for Owls. Cove strummed his guitar a little bit, looking over at her.

Rain jumped a bit when Cove's voice suddenly appeared, and then giggled, looking at his guitar. "Cute owls." She gave another short laugh and watched him strum and pluck at his guitar. She ran her hands over her keyboard. "What do you know how to play? Or we can just go by mood or just to feel the rhythm." She said, looking at Cove. She continued her Beethoven piece. She felt a little better after her wine cooler, more free, more.. open, really. She sighed, wondering if she'd remembered some of the old pieces she'd first learned.

The enzymes in Kitty's body, along with the blood cells started working the first thing that happened was the stitches were slowly removed from her body.

Once any foreign objects were removed, her body started knitting together the tissues in each slice.
