"We can stay there tonight, though i need to call Nilx to let him know i'm on my way." She was very comfy tucked under Santo's arm. She slipped her phone out of a pocket in her purse and pulled up her brother's number. "Is that ok?"

"If it's fine with your brother it's fine with me," he said to her.

((Damn that is short. Sorry went totally brain dead and finally figured something was better than nothing. Might want to speed up the bus ride so we are just there cause I dun know what to write ,lol ))

Kitty nodded and hit call, when he picked up with his usual sigh, "Hey bro, I'm coming down and bringing a....companion." She wasn't sure if she should say friend or man or companion. She laughed when he asked, "Yes he's male. No you can't have him, yes we're staying the night.......NOO! don't you even think like that....I love you to bro. buhbye." She hung up the phone as the ranch sign came up. "Oh look we're here." She giggled as Marco brought the bus to a halt. "well my brother will be up soon to pick us up." She motioned for Santo to head out.

Santo let out a laugh at the conversation and hugged her gently. Once she hung up the phone he got up and followed her off the bus. Santo looked around and said, "I like it out here, it's nice."

Kitty smiled, "Yeah it's nice, there are no domestic animals on the other side of the 8 foot fence. It keeps us in and humans from getting hurt." She reached for the cat, she was restless she new she'd run soon. "She's restless." Kitty giggled, "There's the truck." She watched the red truck zoom towards them.

As it stopped she noticed that her brother was wearing his blue jean overalls cut off above the knee and a pink t-shirt. And had his usual bare feet as he stepped from the car. His hair was white blonde and cut long in the front and short in the back.

He ran up to kitty and pulled her into a tight hug, "howdy, princess!" He kissed her cheek

"Howdy jester." she returned the kiss, and hug. "Now let me go Nilx."

"A'ight sis" He let go and checked out Santo.

After some time, Cove saw the Apartment coming into view and he slowed down walking towards the Apartment. "Drop Dead" by Patent Pending filled his ears now. He started singing the words under his breath, "Well you've got no senses of humor, but you've got a funny way of showing up at the worst times. I'll bet you a dollar theres a kid who wants you dead for something stupid you did. 'Cause you know you never show, unless theres no place left to go."

"Thank you, Rain." Rain smiled. "As always, I'll be seeing you in a bit, Annabelle." She joked with the other woman, taking the cash and sticking it into her jean pocket. She waved and set out the door with her things, putting them back into her trunk, closing it shut and jogging to the driver's side, opening the car and starting it, putting her seat belt on. She let her car start up before driving out of the small neighborhood that Annabelle lived in. As she was driving, her hand moved to her chest, holding the side and touching the paper that Shuu had given her. She drove back to the apartment, taking the longer, scenic route.

Hopping out the car, Rain (or Rina, for that matter..) parked across the street like she usually did, grabbing her laptop and jacket, walking into the apartment, not seeing Kitty or Santo, even Cove for that matter. She took the stairs three at a time, jogging down the hall until she was at her own apartment, opening the door and throwing her jacket over the arm of her couch. She closed the door, leaving it unlocked, and went to her bed, plopping down on it, sprawling out to her full length.

Hal, only half way up the second staircase on his way to his room, stopped when he heard some pretty ridiculous lyrics being sung downstairs. Then, he saw Rain speed up the stairs, not noticing him and flying into her room.

'Okay..' he thought dully. 'Why do I live here when there are so many wierdos?' Hal rubbed his ringed and purple eyes before continuing up the steps at a slow, tired pace. 'And why the H*** did I choose the top floor???'

((Sorry I was really tired last night and ended up passing out early. I've got a lot of things to do today so my responses my be quite slow but I will respond))

"That's good. Seems a lot of thought was put into building this ranch," he said with real admiration. He pulled Kitty into a hug and said, "If you want why not go for a quick run and I can to the ranch and get into some different clothes so I can join you." He was in his nice clothes and didn't want to go running in them. He hoped this way running straight off might please the cat, she could run as fast as she wanted, and he would join in a bit. He gave a grin and added, "I promise I wont seduce your brother." He loved to joke with her.

Just then the truck pulled up. Santo watched as they greeted each other and hugged. Once they were done he stepped forward and stuck out his hand saying, "Hello I'm Santo. It's a pleasure to meet you."

"That's not possible Santo I have to get a pack and a few other things before i can take off. Cat understands this and though in the mood to run still able to control herself." She had moved to stand beside Santo and wrapped her hand around his arm.

"Nice to meet you." Nilx replied, and shook Santo's hand, and winked. He had opened the side door the returned to the drivers seat. "Oh yeah Kitty," He added as she climbed into the cab. "No one's here right now so you'll be fine. Just don't get him killed, he's cute."

"Well Nilx, you can't have him." She laughed as she slid into place next to her brother.

Cove walked in and looked up the stairs, seeing Hal. "Hey." He started walking up the stairs to meet up with him, pulling his headphones around his neck and shutting off his iPod. Cove stayed a few steps away from him. "Need any help?" His eyebrows knitted together, playing with his bottom lip.

Hal waved his hand dismissively witha tired smile, eyes a bit cloudy. "Net, Net..." He bowed his a little. "Yzveenee.." Hal fumbled for his keys, swaying a little.

"Wait...what?" Cove grabbed a hold of Hal's arm, stepping up to stand on the next to him. "Hal, you look exhausted..." He frowned, waiting for him to stop swaying. "Do you want me to walk to your apartment with you?" Either way, he was going to.

Kitty blushed, as the truck rumbled its way back to the farmhouse.

"What's my princess doin blushing, eh?" Nilx laughed. "Fine then i'll just have to seduce you." Nilx laughed more...."OW! what was that for?"

Kitty smirked, "That's what you get for bein a pain." She looked up at him defiently.

"By the way princess what happened?" he asked as they pulled up to the front and turned off the truck.

Kitty shrugged and motioned for Santo to go ahead and get out.

Kitty slid out after Santo then went around to her brother. "Nilx I had a run in with a wolf, she was really ok about it but didn't get as hurt as me. once i'm ready to run I'll show you the scars on my side. It's still pretty touchy though."

He sighed, "Kit you shouldn't protect that place so closely, if yer gonna get hurt let it go. stand back and watch." HE put a hand to his little sisters cheeck, "Now if you don't mind i'm gonna prepare a snack for you two before you head out."

"Aight." She returned to Santo and hugged him then sighed, "I'm ok. I'm sorry." She nuzzled his chest then backed up a huge smile on his face, "I'll give you my pack so if you get hurt you'll have the kit." She smoothed his shirt, "I hope i don't scar you with my hunt." She chuckled. "I'll give you the cross bow."

"Well not me. The other things that have been placed in the sanctuary may. Just don't show any signs of hostility with out the weapon." She smiled at him. "Well I'll just go change and you ask my bro for something to wear if you want and I'll pack up everything we need." She lifted to her toes and kissed Santo's cheek before walking towards the front door.

Hal shook his head, "Net...I'm fine..Thank you though." He gave a smile to Cove. and on a whim ruffled his hair you look so adorable with your headphones. "Voshititel'nyj..." He yawned widely and waved over his shoulder as he fiddle with his keys.
