Fking yea, Paintings ! Love the bg. Everything about the bg. Colors, cloudy fogs. I adore and have nothing to critique about what you've done with the bg - D: And that's a rare-rare thing.
The boldness in the line work on the figure though throws me off. Although it separates him from the bg, I feel that it takes away from the natural flow of his clothes. Something about the jaw feels really sharp.
Perhaps if the line work on the clothes were more flexible - like if it took more to how fabric should bend, the bold line work wouldn't seem bad at all. I feel there are too many straight lines, if you get my drift - like the shoulders. I really feel there should be a more organic feel to the way the cloth would bend over his anatomy.
I love his jaw. That impression you made there with the line work and the shadowing just look awesome.
