I actually start to see the tendencies of Gaia here, already. Some Gaians bought over their usual acting over here and some of older Mene users gladly accepted it.
But there are hopes it will die down and stuff will return to normal. Still, Mene already is not what it was when I came back those 7 months ago. >: Some things has changed for the best too, though. |
Been here for almost 2 years...or is this year going to be 3...? Oh who cares, for the most part Mene has stayed even about what they expect from people. There have been a few incidents, but are quickly cleared up and taken care of by the staff. Gaia could only wish they had the response time like Mene does.
When Gaia was new, I knew so many of the MODs there it was insane and then slowly they started disappearing and being replaced with retards. :no: Very sad indeed. |

While Mene has grown, it hasn't ballooned in size like Gaia did. Makes for a better atmosphere. You actually get to know people.

Thats true. Especially since I spent time having fun in town and didnt know how to talk at all with strangers back then (I had just run out of Neopets and my first RP site in the wiide world XD), soo I never get to saw Community of Gaia much, except in RP forums and that I didnt mind much. And I thnik I was not only one who never really got to talk with people there. Dx

I hated attempting to talk to anyone on Gaia. Most of them, if you happened to bring up a subject that was "taboo" to them, they flipped out on you. Subjects such as furries and witchcraft are some examples.

Doing relatively all right. Kind of feeling like ick today. Not sure why, just one of those days. Probably related to the dark skies and rain, plus the boyfriend is still in Spain for one more month and that's depressing right there.

This is very true, Wolfie. I will be sad because the year is going by fast and there are lots of things to be done, but I will be thankful he will be coming home soon.
The laptop is going well. When I get home from work, basically all I do is play tetris for gold and then play some Wii, cook dinner. Oh what fun. Too damn broke to afford anything else. |
This hasnt been the worst beginning of eyar for me. Actually, it has been quite good. Hard, but not bad. With more hopes and chances than I every thought of being able to have. It makes me happy.
What doesnt make me so happy is that this is the coldest last 23 year winter here. >: I mean, its WONDERFUL and BEAUTIFUL (if only I could show you all those photos I took *sighs*), but the stray animals and also those in forest are freezing. Last year, we rarely had anything below -10 C and now, on Sunday, at day, there will be about -30 C!! How is your godl quest going, Quest Queenie? I keep trying to earn more gold to finish my Claok of Nature quest, but I cant get enough, so I am not yet round helping you and Clair. T_T I am sorry! |

My gold quest is going pretty well right now. I am up to 22k! Hooray! Been making a supreme effort to get on here during the evening and play both accounts for the full 500 gold. And I've gotten my gold getting time down to about an hour total for both accounts. Sweet!
Sad, it's going to be a warm wet winter for us here in Southern California because of El Nino. Oh what fun! |
