Abby thought for a bit about what was going on. "thank you for wrapping my ankle" she said. she was about to suggest finding a river or something cool for the swelling in her ankle when she had a thought. "Jeff..." she started. when he looked her way she continued. "if i'm here and your here, do you think its possible that the others are here as well or at least will be?" she asked. "and if thats the case don't you think we should be somewhere in the open so we can find each other? when I first got here I was in a field, maybe that would be a good place to wait."

"I can't say if they will be here or not, but there might be a good chance that they are." As he spoke he helpped Abby up. He pushed his hair out of his eyes and looked at her injured foot. "Hope on my back, I'm going to carry you." It might not have been the best idea seeing how his booze still screwing up his equalibrium and the forest wasn't easy to navigate, but it would still be faster than having to make her walk. "We'll go to that field. I ended up at the same place as well. I'm sure they will show up too."
The walking was fairly hard, but they made it. It took them a while and what seemed like an hour or so. Jeff didn't fall or drop Abby once, even though his arms were screaming in pain from holding her for so long. With a sigh, he eased her to her feet. "You think you can hobble a bit?" He asked. They only needed to walk out a ways. Enoughs o they could see anybody. |
Abby nodded after jeff put her down. Her ankle was feeling a bit better since he had wraped it. Jeff put her arm over his neck and helped her walk into the field a bit. Abby gasped. "jeff, Look" she said pointing over a ways in the center of the field. "is that?... yes I think it is.... Amelia!"

Amelia looked up, confused at first, until recognition settled onto her face. She smiled big, and quickly walked over to where the other two were sitting. "Where did Marcus and Christopher go?" Amelia asked. A quick glance around the field told her that there was no one else in sight. Amelia missed Marcus more than anything at the moment, but fought the urge to cry. She would show emotion later, if things got really bad. For now, she kept a calm blank expression on her face. "Where are we anyhow?" She asked, keeping her voice steady. "We're not at the rave anymore."

Chris made a worried face and went after Amelia to see if she was okay. He turned the corner and he saw nobody. "Wait a minute..." he turned around then looked back at the way she went. "Why did she leave?" he pouted for a moment and decided to keep walking, hoping to find Amelia. He was kind of sad, because he thought she made up an excuse to get away from him, and he had thought she was having fun with him. She said so... With a sigh he shoved his hands into his pockets and kept walking. Oh, well, he thought. He kept walking until he reached a bench were he sat down. He closed his eyes for a moment and stretched. When he opened his eyes he was no longer sitting on the bench. "Whoa!" He fell over onto a bunch of grass. And there Amelia was talking to Jeff and Abby. He stood up and smiled. "Hey I found you," :D
Alex decided to go back inside, but before she tired calling Jeff again. It rang and rang and rang and then the voice mail. "Dude, what the hell, pick up your phone." She hung out and growled. Okay, now she was really frustrated. Jeff wasn't answering his phone, maybe that creeper got to him too! She stamped her foot then headed back inside, where it was warmer. She made way to the bathroom so she could use the toilet. After washing her hands she left back into the crowd. "Damn where is everybody?" she wondered. As she walked the people around her started to vanish. "What.. the.." by the time she made it to the other room they were gone and she was no longer at the rave. She was standing in a field in day light. "What the hellll!" she spun around and spotted familiar faces off in the distance, so she ran to them. "What are you doing here?" >.> |
Marcus was confused. He hadn't had any alcohol, but he had to be dreaming. Where he was at the rave before, now he was in a giant field, and he was still wearing those ridiculous clothes. "Can someone please tell me what's going on?" Marcus asked, very much annoyed. "Like, where the hell we are, when we clearly do not have time for this?" He glared at Amelia, like it was her fault, even though deep down, Marcus felt bad. "Do you have any explanation for this?" A quick shake of the head answered his question. He was in a bad mood, stuck with a bunch of people he barely knew, and no way to get back home. Unless he was drugged or something, which was very unlikely. "I had no alcohol, so there's no reason I should be having a drug trip." He said, more to himself than anyone else. "Where are we, anyway?"

Well it seemed they were all together now. Just in case, he took a head count. Julia, Amelia, Marcus, Chris, Alex, Abby, himself. That was seven of them. "We're all here, but why?" He looked at them all, them himself. He didn't understand what was going on. The booze wasn't giving him a hallucination. This all felt to real to be fake, besides he didn't drink enough to get himself plastered. Julia suddenly started to frown. "Where did your shirt go?" she asked him with a very mean glare. Jeff shrugged and explained what happened. She didn't seem to be very satisfied with his answer. "Well, I propose we find somebody so we can find out where the hell we are. The sooner we know where we are the sooner we can make our way back to our homes." Julia agreed fully. This place was weird. Only because they weren't anywhere near a field or a forest, and it wasn't even day where they were before. This was just too weird. Maybe she had passed out and brought here? Who knew? But as soon as she found out who did this to them she was going to give them a piece of her mind. This pissed her off. She was having fun, and this crap had to happen. |
Alex let out a quiet sigh. Seemed like nobody knew where they were or how they got here anyways. "Well, lets worry about the how and why later and do as Jeff said. Find other people." She looked around her and as far as she could see it was either this field or trees. She didn't like the idea of being out in the open and she didn't like the idea of having to go into the creepy forest. "So, which way should we go? Take a vote?"

Todd looked around the rave. he didn't see any of the others anymore. it was now close to two in the morning which meant that all of the others would've already gone to his world. He went back to his special door and entered again into the field. as soon as he stepped through he could feel the last of the group arriving in the field. He started walking to the center of the field where he knew they would be. as he walked up he heard one of them say to take a vote on which way to go. He approached closer. "there is no need to take a vote." he said. Startled everyone turned in his direction. none of them saw him coming up, and none of them heard him either.
Abby gasped as she heard the familiar voice, she turned to face him "Todd?" she asked worriedly. "can you explain any of this? this... this field?, where we all are?, what we're doing here? what you are doing here? why we are here?.... and how the fuck we are supposed to get home?" Abby blurted out without stopping between questions. she turned to the others. "sorry about my language you guys." then she turned back to Todd waiting for his reply to her many questions. |
Jeff took a threatening step forward and put himself between this Todd guy and the rest of his friends, especially Abby. Seeing how this guy had some sick facination with her. "What the fuck do you want?" He asked. He didn't expect an answer, but he waited for one regardless.
Julia stepped up to Jeff and put a hand on his shoulder, hoping he wouldn't get to worked up. She knew from experience that when he got angered, like he was starting to know, he could get violent. "Please Jeff," she whispered, "stay calm." ((Toriana has my font colour and Alex and Mii have the same....I think Alex and I need to change our colours...)) |

Alex stood her ground and made sure she didn't look too scared when in fact she was scared out of her mind. What exactly was happening here? And who the blood fuck was Todd!? Shit, at least they had the advantage of numbers on their side. If that idiot decided to pick some sort of fight they could all jump him and kick him till he stops breathing... Alexial almost laughed at the thought, it was slightly morbid.. What ever.. She just wanted answers, so she waited just as everybody else, to hear what this guy had to say. |
Todd looked at everyone's defensive stances. "now now, if everyone would please calm down a little we can talk. you all are looking at me like i'm a menice to society, all the while I have done nothing to make any of you feel that way. can any of you honestly tell me what I have done to make you all want to kill me?" he asked waiting for a reply. he was going to get a reply before he explained anything to them.

"I'm not out looking for your blood," Jeff spat. "I just want answers." He looked back at the others. "First we want to know what you are doing, where we are, and why." It seemed that he was the official spokes person on his little party. He was fine with that. He wondered if anybody else was going to ballsy enough to stand up to this guy.

Abby looked at Jeff and then back to Todd, she had no idea what was going on but she knew they would never find out unless Jeff calmed down a little, there was no need for bloodshed if they didn't apsolutely need it. now Abby was almost positive that she was the only one who had officially met Todd, so she had a thought that this might be about mainly her, but she wasn't for sure. She stepped up to Jeff and put a hand on his shoulder. "Jeff, calm down, please" Jeff didn't seem to want to calm down, Abby had told him about the uneasy feeling she had gotten from Todd earlier in the evening. or was it last night? she couldn't be sure now. Abby had to think of something to calm him down. so she stepped in front of him, leaned in and placed her lips to his. wrapping her arms around his neck. 'I hope this works' she thought to herself.
Todd watched as Abby kissed Jeff, He didn't know what to think. He guessed he should be happy for her, but at the same time he couldn't because he was jealous as hell that it wasn't him she was kissing. |
Jeff's eyes blinked a few times and this sudden, pleasant event. He wasn't sure if he should kiss her back or not. In fact he kind of felt a bit weird. Because just a moment ago he wanted to knock this guy flat on his ass. Okay, so this was a really weird day. When Abby pulled away, he smiled at her in an odd way. "Yes, very calm...."
Julia's face was contorted in rage and jealousy. She wanted to rip that women off Jeff and rip her hair out. What the fuck?! She stompped over to Jeff and pulled him away. Jeff groaned and complained, "but I was enjoying myself," he whined. Julia pushed him away and turned back to Todd. "Don't mind these idiots," she said sternly. "Just please tell us what is going on." |
Alex stared with her arms crossed over her bust. She rolled her eye. God, this girl was.. She had no idea what to say. She just stood, staring, thinking stupid thoughts. What the fuck was she thinking? Needless to say, she was glad when Julia pulled Jeff away. She liked this Julia girl and maybe she and her could be quiet good friends, yes indeed. Chris had nothing to say. He kept his mouth quiet, like a good boy and just stood mute next to Amelia. He was confused on what was going on...

Abby smiled at Jeff before Julia pulled him away. that was more fun then she thought it would be at the time. she turned to Todd. "ok todd, everyone is calm now, which was the main reason why I did that just now, just to let everyone know... can you tell us what is going on please?"
Todd looked at the group. "well this may take a little bit of explaining" he said. "why don't we all take a seat and I can do my best." he gestured to the ground and after everyone, including himself was seated he began. "I guess the best was to do this is to start out at the beginning. you see a long time ago I was just like you. out having a good time and then bam!!! all of a sudden I am here not knowing what is going on. unlike you though I didn't have anyone to tell me what had happened. I had to figure everything out by myself. you, we are on a parrallel plain then the one you are used to. it exist in almost the same time, but as you can see different at the same time. the reason why you guys are here is because of me. I was sent to find individuals who possessed great power, to help save this world. My world. I know you don't think you have powers but you do. you see things work differently on this plain. where at home you wouldn't have anything really remarkable special about you, no offense, here you are destened for greatness. You see here in my world there are evil beings at work trying to take over and ruin the natural beauty of the place, and to make sure that none of its original beings are left to tell any stories or tales of how we once lived. we need to stop that from happening. when I went to your world I went in search of individuals with the right asset to be powerfull enough to save my world. that is when I found Abagayle here. " he looked over at abby and smiled. "she possesses that asset. strongly in fact. My plan was to get her here and prepare her to help, but then you guys were so close together that i knew I wouldn't get her without having you as well. when you were at the rave together I felt the pull so strongly to your group that I knew each and everyone of you possessed the same asset as she did, and just as strong too. It was overwhelming the feel of so much power in one place. so I had the bartender slip something laced with magic from my world in your drinks, its flavorless so even if you had water you couldn't tell it was there. The point of this was to get you here. I'm sorry for that but it was a necessity, I had to get you here to explain and to give you guys the choice if you would help or not. We are not the kind to force people into doing something they entirely don't want to do. I'm sorry but I cannot tell you more until I know for sure if you will help." Todd said hopefully as he looked around at all the faces. |
Jeff just didn't buy it. "What the fuck, dude." He stood up and walked off a few steps and ran both his hands through his hair. This guy was a nut job. Parallel planes, saving worlds, and great powers. It was a bunch of bull. Jeff was feeling rather uneasy. He started pacing mumbling to himself how this guy was off his rocker. "He fucking drugs us and drags us here." He paused and looked at the group. "Oh God," he mummbled. "He's going to fucking kill us."
Julia watched as Jeff paced and talked to himself. She didn't like what this guy was saying either. She was far from creeped out, but she wasn't going to freak out like Jeff suddenly did. She was worried, worried and scared so much that she was wanting to just cry. She wanted to go hom and bakc to her bed and teddy where she could hide from this stupid place for good. ((I just had this idea. I'm going to bring in a bad guy or two, if that is okay. If not.. I'll delete this post.)) From apon his demon thone, Lord Deumos Ah'Cetear gazed apon his crystal gazing stone. It sat, rather floated, suspended in mid-air. With a bored expresion, he sighed and placed his chin on his fist. It seemed that they had new commers to this world. I wondered briefly who they were and what they were doing here. From what he saw they looked, to him, like a bunch of children. He gazed upon the young man pacing and chuckled. Was this the pathetic group of people meant to stop him from proceeding with his evil doings? Really? What a sad bunch of baffons. Deumos sat back in his chair and waved his hand in the air. The crystal floated away out of sight. "My lord," a woman with skin as dark-red as blood bowed before him. "Does this not please you?" Deumos grunted in response. It didn't displease or please him really. If somebody were to appose him, he would hoped it would be somebody that woudl chalenge him. These puny beings, he could crush in his fist. He woudln't worry about them now. He'd continue with what he had planned.. Gaining domination over every world he could get his fingers on. |
Abby watched jeff get up and start pacing and cusing to himself. she felt the same way. she just wanted to get up and hit Todd for bringing them here. magic powers... puh she didn't believe in magic. not in the literal since anyway. "MAGIC? MAGIC? ARE YOU FUCKING OFF YOUR ROCKER TODD? what the hell are you talking about? what the hell shit are you smoking that you think that we are on some parrallel plain and we have magic powers?" she yelled at Todd. "if I have magic powers proove it!" She was so mad. before he could say anything her anger worsened.
Todd looked at her knowingly. Abby had just found her trigger. he looked at her hands and then told her to do the same thing. Abby brought her hands up and looked at them and saw that there were sparks coming out of it, almost like a spark you can see when you shock someone. "Is that enought proof for you Abby?" he asked, and waited for this to settle in with her and the others. ((i'm ok with it, if everyone else is then i would say its fine)) |
Jeff had watched what did with Abby. He glared at him. "What is that supposed to prove?" He asked. "Where did you learn that parlor trick anyhow. You want to prove magic, prove somethign with out any reasonable doubt that it is not fake." He shoved his hands into his pockets, resisting the urge to strangle the fool. Once he got back home this man was going to have a huge lawsuit on his hands not to mention a good time spent in jail for drugging and kidnapping all of them.
Julia was milding interested in what happened, but just like Jeff said it wasn't really enough to prove anything. "There is science behind what you did," she told him. And that was what she firmly believed. It was a simple trick and she was sure if she knew how it was done, she could do it too, just like any other normal person. |

"So," Alex clicked her tongue a few times. She had no idea what to say. Once again Jeff was kind of freaking out, and inside so was she. Right now she wasn't sure how to digest this information. She wanted to believe the guy, but at the same time she didn't. Magic sounded cool, but like in all the books she ever read; having magic came with responsibility and danger. And quiet frankly she wanted to avoid both things. |
Abby started freaking out. "What the hell did you do to my hands?" abby realized a little too late that she was so scared she was crying.
"I'm not, nor did I do anything to your hands Abby" todd said. "you are doing that yourself. you have found your trigger for you power, and its anger." Abby cried out again. "no you did this" she went to point at him but as she was moving her arms lightning shot out of her fingers just barly missing Todd and the others. Abby started crying harder, not caring anymore that everyone could see her. |
Jeff tripped, in surprise and fell flat on his face. He scrambled to his feet and rushed to Abby. She glared at Todd as he pulled the frightened girl to her feet. "What the hell did you do to her?" He turned to Abby not caring what Todd had to say. "Everything is fine," he assured her. "You'll be okay.
Julia's jaw dropped. Okay, now that was absolutely awesome. How it was done, she could not say. "Coooooooool," she hopped over the few people sitting on the ground and jumped up and down next to Todd. "Me next~" |
Chris stared in awe and slight fear. What would have happened if she would have hit one of them. Shit, man this guy wasn't lying. Either that or he was living one wild dream. He looked over at the others. Jeff wasn't to much interested in it, more so of Abby's well-being. Julia seemed to totally into this. Alexial just stood, staring, no words were able to describe how she was feeling. Her mouth just hang open as if she were about to speak, but no words formed. "I'm a bit weirded out," Chris admited.

Todd looked to Julia confused. "you next? did you not hear me say i didn't do it that it was all her. I cant do anything for you, I don't know your triggers so I won't be able to help you that way. Abby's is anger, who knows what yours is." he turned to everyone. "now whether you are helping or not I should tell you that it isn't safe to stay out in the open. if you follow me i can take you to a nearby cabin that is safe for any... watchers"
