Mine was cool. Slight shadowed by a death in the family though. The funeral Service was held today.

Don't be-she had a good life and she wouldn't want us to say unhappy about it. We'll miss her, but we won't keep moping about it. She'd probably haunt us till we stopped (Chuckles)

And I just realised how that looked...it wasn't suicide. She'd been on oxygen, but she wasn't absorbing enough, so she stopped with it...doctors and family were aware of it.

nope, not at all. The service was...different from a regular funeral, but it was her style. Still, it'll be down with my cousin and his folks for a while. She was my mum's sister's mum-in-law, but my nan none the less.

Nothing like that. You know how normally after a funeral, the coffin with the body is put in the cemetery marked with a Headstone? Not here-it was a wicka service I think they called it. Small service in the chapel, and the body is buried in a Wicker casket in the woods on the cemetery grounds, where eventually they'll become part of the earth.

And yeah, she was. Why did I not just put that?!...actually, don't answer that!

Christmas and New Years were with my dad and his family for a change this year-usually i'm with mum on christmas, while visiting dad's family for a few hours. Boxing day was with mum and her family.
Got a new Ipod Nano, some games, books, dvds and CDs (ESPECIALLY happy with my Breaking Benjamin CDs, they're really hard to get in the UK!).
How about you?

Day after christmas is called that-can't remember why. We basically see the familt that wasn't seen xmas day and exchange gifts with them.

And when possible, I prefer getting the actual CD rather than download, so I have actual copies in case something happens. I then put it on Itunes and then onto the Ipod. The CD's help because you don't always have them on Itunes. Breaking Benjamin only have 1 album on the UK Itunes, so I got 2 of the albums that weren't there.

and New years was similar for us-we spent the day chilling with my grandparents (Dad's folks)

Yeah, Itunes is free and putting your own CDs on there is free. It's buying stuff from the Itunes store online that costs money.
