But I'm honestly having such a blast trawling the market that I couldn't care less. I've gotten sooooo many new items for under 10 ribbons!

I lucked out and only spent about 40 shells before getting a ribbon (the yellow one). I'm also digging the school entrance shop, the blazers are super cute.

Wow, bohemian items are full of...Meh...

I got two of the hair wraps because they actually looked really nice with my hair style/color. Everything else was.... Mmm... If earning ribbons were like earning gold, I'd probably buy a few more pieces, but I guess I'm just saving up a bunch of ribbons for a sort of 'cushion' against future updates where I might like a lot more.

I'm kind of grateful the bohemian items aren't really grabbing my attention. It gives me time to rebuild my jewel and ribbon stashes!

I just got an april fools ribbon. O_O Sometimes, I wonder if the time has anything to do with your chances in the spring.

I didn't get any April Fools ribbons this year. T_T Last year I managed to get one...

Then again, I wasn't really saving my shells for it or anything. I totally forgot.

I keep watching furma to see if a ribbon comes up for a reasonable price in there. I wish I could trade my pink one for a black or red. Too bad eh?!

Okay, what the heck is furima? Because I got the impression that furima was the shell spring, and I don't think that's accurate. :rofl:

I'm confused at "bohemian" turning out to be quasi-Mexican, but, oh well xD I'd like the head scarfs if they didn't have that awkward bulky bit on the side of them. But it seems like Poupee's MO now is throw more ribbons and more smaller updates at us, so I'm sure there'll be more new stuff out next week!

The only things I like from the Bohemian update are the mexican-style skirts. Everything else is just very jumbled together and unimpressive.

I like the ladybug items in the new Harvest festival event...Not sure why I'd want to be a giant tomato tho....

I've bought a suprising amount of them, for me. The earrings, the shoes (the shoes are lovely), the leaf with the red ladybird, the brown boots, the trowel and the watering can. That's miles more than I usually get from updates :lol:

I'm digging my retro jetsetter look right now though, so I don't want to change my outfit xD

Ok, when I saw the lovely veggie garden that you get from equiping the new items, I changed straight away :lol:

Yeah, I got a surprising amount of them myself. xD; I spent most of the 400-something jewels I'd squirreled away. ._.

I got: Paprika socks, honeybee spear, tomato pumps, tomato cape, ladybird ribbon shirt (yellow), purple and green cabbage pumps, and both ladybird salopettes.

I'm eying a few others, but not sure if I'll get them in the end.

What's do you guys think of the cabbage dresses?

I bought the green and pink one. And the headpieces. I dunno, something about them called to me, and I don't think they look -that- much like cabbage. XP And I have a ton of ribbons to spend, so why not? XP

I also got all the gardening tools, and a few of the ladybug things... I'm debating on the wings. They're kinda weirdly shaped...

I really want the jewel wings though. They are super cute! I may have to try some surveys at some point, but they're so time consuming, and my internet time is precious. :sweat:

Ooh, and today I got a gray April Fool's ribbon from an upload! Exciting! :XD

I may get the cabbage gowns. They remind me of the wedding stuff.

I don't like the gowns, but then I don't like biggy, pouffy, ruffly stuff anyway :lol: And the neck of the gowns seems bulky and a bit ugly to me.

The cabbage gowns are interesting. I dunno. If it were Menewsha, I'd buy them. But I haven't participated in any comment clubs for awhile, and while I have a nice build-up of ribbons for the next two events or so, I don't know that I want to spend ribbons on something I know I'll wear maybe once or twice.

I've started over! I could use some friends for that awesome 10 ribbon friend comment bonus thinger. (Note that you're from mene and you'll get extra love and coherent comments!)

I like a few things from each of the sets right now. But my favorite thing is watching the furima like a hawk and swooping in on anything at 4 ribbons or less. Got a few things that I could sell for a lot more, but mostly stuff I could just sell for five or so (mostly shells), but it's fun and it makes me quite a bit, which is great for trying to afford the stuff in Kath's shop.

It looks like we're gettin balloons for the 1 million member celebration:) I'm always up for the free!

How do you get this balloon? I'm looking for a present, but can't find anything.

I changed my clock to the 26th of April and there it was:) I got a purple balloon. I'm wondering if they'll be very low in value like the wedding hanky or the undies ended up being.

Did you change your computer clock, or your settings on poupee?
