Hunter wrapped his arms around Lilly. "Feel any better?" He kissed her on the cheek.

" yes i do thank you" she rested her head on his chest as she felt his strong warm arms wrap around her

Hunter layed back in bed, his arms still wrapped around Lilly. "I am the happist I have ever been in my life, because along with you, I have a family with John and Snowflake."

Lilly smiled " i am really glad to hear that " Lilly rolled in closer to him she was cold and his bodies warmth heated her up

"Your the sweetest person I have ever met. I am glad to have you in my life."

" i am glad to have you in mine you john and snowflake ...your the kindest person i have ever meet" lilly smiled at him gently

Hunter kissed Lilly. A part of him never wanted to let go of her.

" being a parent is way harder then what i thought"

"I think your doing a wonderful job" Hunter kissed Lilly on the cheek. Suddenly, Snowflake came into the room, shakeing and crying.

Lilly pulled away from hunter so they would not give the wrong idea about anything. Lilly got up and picked snowflake up and went back to bed next to hunter with her. "what's wrong honey?"

"The monsters came came back, they're trying to take me" Snowflake kept crying. Hunter kissed her between the ears. "oh, sweetie, it's ok."

" hunter what if she's write what if her other family wants her back i do not think that i will be able to give her back" Lilly got scared and slowly began to cry as she hugged her daughter tight to her chest

"She said her pack was killed by a dragon in the realm. this is something different." Hunter picked up Snowflake. "What do the monsters look like sweethart?" "They look like giant spiders, one of them hut me." She showed a cut on her paw.

Lilly gasped and touched hunter's arm " this is no dream something really is hurting her but why snowflake?"

"I don't know. I've never heard of anything like this before." Hunter Hugged Snowflake. "Don't worry sweethart, you can spend the night with us. We'll protect you." Snowflake stopped crying. "Thank you, I love you daddy and Mommy Lilly." She curled into a ball on Hunter's lap.

Lilly looked into hunter's eyes her eyes full of worry and concern " yes you can sleep with us here sweetheart"

Hunter stayed awake all night, as Snowflake and Lilly got some sleep. The next morning, Hunter got up and left Snowflake with Lilly. He ran into John in the hall and hugged him. "Morning son." "Morning dad, you look exhausted." "Yeah, I was up all night with Snowflake. She has me worried."

Lilly held her daughter tight to her chest were snowflake was safe and warm in her mother's arms

"Worried how?" John asked. "She says spider monsters have been coming for her at night. There was even a cut on her paw."

lilly awoke slowly snowflake was still asleep in her arms. Lilly smiled down at her and kissed her on her head lightly

"Maybe we should take turns watching her at night" John said. "That's a good idea." Hunter went to Lilly's room. "Hey, I'm going to make waffles." Snowflake awoke "Waffles!"

" well somebody is feeling better" lilly smiled to see snowflake feeling better she looked at hunter " will there be bacon ?"

"Of course, maple cured." Snowflake ran dowstairs to the kitchen. "Bacon!" Hunter started breakfast, Snowflake drooling over the cooking bacon. Hunter set the table. As usual, Snowflake inhaled hers. John turned to Lilly. "I think we should take turns at night watching Snowflake."

"fine by me but we have to find and kill or something what is bothering her we can not watch her forever i mean at lest i can't i am human i have to die someday..."

Snowflake looked up after eating her food. "You'll protect me, won't you mommy Lilly?"
