"Right," Kasanagi replied, trying again. And again. And again.
About half an hour later, Kasanagi finally managed to sing the song all the way through, without her voice cracking. "Got it!" She said happily. |
"That was great" Ashleigh said, "Don't worry, we have all day to practice"

"I know." Kasanagi said. "You want to work on our duet before I practice the entire concert straight through?"

"um....actually....Aka volonteered to do AHS with you" Ashleigh said, "I hope you don't mind"

Kasanagi shook her head. "I don't mind," She replied.

That was when Aka took over and walked onto the stage.
"So shall we start?" she said, quoting the first line from Daughter of Evil, one of the songs that Kasanagi was planning to sing. |
"Sure," Kasanagi replied. Edo had gone back to his book, or at least appeared to be. His eyes weren't moving. Probably trying to keep himself from having nightmares tonight, She thought with a sweatdrop.

Aka grabbed a mike.
"Which verses am I suppose to sing?" she asked. |
"First and third I believe. We both do the fourth and final." Kasanagi replied. She gave the thumbs-up to play Alice of Human Sacrifice.

'Aka, I think Kasanagi and myself discussed it was the 2nd and the middle 8' Ashleigh mindlinked.
'Got it" Aka said. "Kasanagi, Ashleigh told me that I was suppose to sing the second verse and the middle 8, just before the last verse" she told Kasanagi. |
Kasanagi nodded. "All right then," She replied. She thumbs-upped the guy on the music to start the music. After the intro, Kasanagi led off with her verse:

"Whew! Now that was a good work out" Aka joked, "Where's the air condioner?"

"Don't have one; it's called central air." Kasanagi replied.

Aka donked Kasanagi on the head.
"It was a joke you silly" she said. |
"I know." Kasanagi said, rubbing her head. "Gimme a break willya...."

"Lighten up girl" Aka said.
'Looks like somebody's in a good mood' Ashleigh giggled. 'Oh shut up' Aka replied. |
Kasanagi sighed as Aka left the stage. "Next one then..." She said, motioning to the music guy. He turned on the music to Daughter of Evil and started in on her cue.

Meanwhile while Kasanagi was recitiong the song, Yana was IMing her twin (who was back at bording school) about the tornament concert that Kasanagi was doing and one of the songs.
ANAFLIGHT: I guess that somebody forgotten da alterntive. GUY_POWER: U bet. ANAFLIGHT: I got a great idea. I can tell the music guy to do the alterntive ending! That way, we have a chance to bombard 1 concert. GUY_POWER: U got to be kidding me. ANAFLIGHT: Oh come on! It's just 1 song. GUY_POWER: U forgotten that we're opening with that song anyway. ANAFLIGHT: Correction. The alterntive verson has a bit of the song in it. Instead of the Servant getting killed, he gets saved by Rin, hence our part in the story. GUY_POWER: I see. ANAFLIGHT: When are U coming over? GUY_POWER: 2morrow. ANAFLIGHT: Meet me at KC tomorrow. There are some things that I have to inform U. GUY_POWER: Ok, that's cool. C U 2morrow. Yana flopped on her bed. Kasanagi won't have any idea about this one she thought. ********** Aka silently sung that song to herself. This is easy to catch on she thought. |
As the song drew to a close, she gave the go ahead to start in on the music for Dark Woods Circus. Whoa, don't go into your trance girl. Your singing will turn into a siren song, and with what you're singing that will be disaster. She thought.

"If you want, you can leave" she said. "No, I'm fine" Edo replied, reading his book. |
