"So should we go home?" Yana asked, "I'm tired"
"Yeah. And I hope that that's the last time we're going to hear that song" Edo sighed. |
"Sounds like a good plan," Melhana said. "After all, we all need to wind down after today." As she spoke, the announcer was finishing up the last of the statements closing that day. She got up and stretched. "I wonder where Bakura's gotten to..."
Kasanagi chuckled. "What do you say we head back? Tomorrow's a big day. And you're starting to look a bit sleep-deprived, too." |
"Yep. tomorrow's the second semis. One more before the finals" Yana said as she yawned her head off.
"I think so too. I need a tissue" Edo replied. |
"The final duel is tomorrow also," Melhana said as they vacated the stadium. "Yugi, Jonouchi, Sakura, and Jack." She grinned. "Sounds like a fun lineup."
Kasanagi handed Edo a tissue. "That must be one hell of a gusher if it's still bleeding." She said, getting up. "C'mon, let's go." |
"Well, at least no crazy guys will be in the finals" Yana pointed out.
"No, to get the remains out" Edo said before he blew into the tissue. |
"True." Melhana said. She was still wondering where Bakura was. And if I'll ever calm down enough to not wipe out during training, she thought to herself.

The next day came. Dark Ashleigh watched over Yugi for that night, waiting to see if the spell worked. Now it's the moment of truth.
"Wake up Yugi" she cooded |
Yugi mumbled something in his sleep and rolled over, not wanting to wake up. He had a headache, and it didn't feel like it was getting better.

Ashleigh walked over and turned on the light.
"You have to wake up. You're dueling today" she said. |
Yugi groaned and shoved his head under the pillow when Ashleigh turned the light on. "What the hell happened last night?" He asked sleepily.

"You collasped last night while you were coming back here. I found you and finished the journey. But I had to run back to grab your phone that you dropped" Ashleigh replied.

That explains it... Yugi thought, then finding out that it hurt to think. "What did I pass out from? My head's killing me......"

"Exhaustion more like it" Ashleigh said as she gave Yugi some ibuprophen, "Take some, you need it.

Yugi peered out from under his pillow. He groaned as he finally sat up, his head throbbing. "Thanks," he said, taking the ibuprophen. He rubbed his temples. "How long till we have to be at the stadium?"

"About 3 hours. Yana's already down there with Kasanagi for a dress rehearsal to both today and tomorrow. Both of them kept their mouth shut about it" Ashleigh replied.

Yugi nodded, again regretting it due to his throbbing head. "If you leave early, I'll make sure I get there before the duels start." He said.

"Ok, I meet you there" Ashleigh said and walked out of the room.
'Kaimiri, Motou can't remember what happened last night which is great. How's finding a counter spell' she asked when she was outside. |
'It's not easy. I've tried seveal counterspells, and they've all done nothing.' Kaimiri replied. 'While I hate to admit it, I'm rather worried at this point.'
Yugi looked up at the clock when Ashleigh left. Six o' clock...ugh.... He flopped back down on the bed. What the heck happened...? The last thing I remember was dueling Yusei... |
'I know that there is a counter powersong we could use. A powersong was made him into that state in the first place' Dark Ashleigh replied, walking towards the dome, 'Meikyu Butterfly I think the song was'

'It won't hurt to try it.' Kaimiri replied. 'When is the soonest you will be back in the dimention?'

'That's going to be hard. Maybe after Yugi duels, I'm not that quite sure' Dark Ashleigh replied.

Kaimiri nodded. 'Just get here as soon as possible. Until then, I'll keep looking for a counterspell.' He replied.

'Ok' Dark Ashleigh said.
What could be a powersong that I can use to reverse it without killing the enmity and freeing Fudo inside? she thought. |
Meanwhile, Kasanagi was having corset problems. "Argh!" She was grumbling as she tried, once again, to string the ribbon through the holes in the front, only to come up short. She glared at the half-laced corset. "You, my friend, are realy starting to annoy me."

"You want a longer piece of ribbon Kasanagi?" Yana asked, dressed for the dress rehersal.
