'I hope not,' Yugi replied. 'But to be completely honest, knowing our luck they'll come after us. Again.'

'You're not getting it are you?' Atem chuckled then clicked. An all too familiar card appeared onto Yugi's bedside table.
'Does Legend of Heart rings any bells?' he asked. |
'Yeah,' Yugi replied, then the thought hit him. 'Wait a sec; if this card is here, then...' Wincing, he reached over to open one of the drawers and pull out his deck. Skimming through it, he spotted the card he was looking for: The Eye of Timaeus.
'Atem,' he linked, 'we're in for another three-ring circus.' |
'Last time, they forgot to take Legend of Heart with them. And I know that the Dark Magican Girl was spotted weeks ago so I'm sure you can....' Atem was interuuped by the Dark Magican Girl Card glowing like mad.

Melhana was about to ask if she could take one of Ashleigh's measurements, but she drew back immedeatly once she felt something in the other woman's red aura. 'Mahado, we've got a problem.' She linked to the magician. |
'Measurements first. If something is wrong with her, at least I can start working on the bands' Mahad mindlinked, then chanted a protection spell on Melhana. During that spell, Ashleigh's cellphone rang. After the talk, she hung up.
"The organisation for the championship rang. They postponed the tornament untill further notice" Ashleigh said. |
"That sucks." Melhana said. "Hey, your birthday's coming up, right?"

"Um, yeah. Next week in fact" Ashleigh replied, not knowing what's going to happen to her.
'The spell is complete' Mahad mindlinked, 'Proceed with causion.' |
"Great. I was hoping to get you something to wear for the Duel Monsters tournament opening as a birthday present, but I need your cuff measurments." Melhana replied. That sounded so corny...

"Sure, why not?" and Ashleigh walked forward.

Melhana pulled the tape measure out and wrapped it around Ashleigh's wrist to take the measurement. "Thanks," She said, pocketing the tape measure once she'd made a mental note of the measurement.
'Her wrist was 5.5 inches,' Melhana linked to Mahado. |
'Good' Mahad said, 'Did you do the rest of her body? The dress shoud not be as tight or loose.'

'I can ask Yugi for those.' Melhana replied. 'After all, he's the one married to her. Besides, she's got a similar build to me; skinny and lanky.'

Suddenly, Ashleigh clutched her head and went on her knees.
'Now we focus at the task at hand' he replied. |
"Hey, you Ok?" Melhana asked. There it was again; the feeling that there was something...wrong with Ashleigh's aura.

Then the tracker bands slipped off Ashleigh's arms.
"Take me away from here NOW!" she said, "It's for your own good. And take the wrist band off me too. I can't get another stone like this." |
Melhana's eyes widened in surprise. She looked to Mahado. "What's going on?" She asked aloud.

"I don't know but we better do as she says. Either that or this place will be destroied" Mahad replied. Asheligh screamed with pain.

"Got it." Melhana said, holding up the two first fingers of her right hand. She muttered an incantation, breaking the cuff holding the stone. The second she uttered cast a protection spell over herself and Mahado to protect them from the ensuing explosion.
