"Yeesh, no need to get snappy," Yugi muttered. He got about halfway through the video when he said, "Okay, this is creepy."

"Yes, and I guess when the Third Alice looked though her mirror is where the image got the idea from" Aka agreed, changing to a vid all about Vegtable Juice, to clear Yugi's mind from the previous video.

Yugi handed Aka the mirror back. "So in other words, Ashleigh's imagination went a little too far into overdrive." He sighed.

"Yeah. Lucky she doesn't watch the Evil Saga or else everyone will be dead by now" Aka sighed, holding the mirror.

"I don't know what that is and I don't want to know." Yugi groaned. "Can't we just get that pain in the butt--" at this he was referring to the image haunting Ashleigh "--to Max so we can figure out what to do with it?"

"To tell you the truth, I have no idea what the Evil Saga is either but we know who's into that kind of stuff" Aka replied, "now, lets go"

Yugi nodded and lead the way out of the room.
*** "I'm not going to ask how the hell you got rid of those things and I don't want to know." Jun said. "And what the hell were they!?" "Were-spiders." Aoi replied. "Basically people who can change into big, fat, ugly spiders. Not to mention that once you take out the alpha-male, they're freaking pansies." "Those were...people?!" Judai blurted out in disbelief. "Yes, Captain Obvious." Sakura replied irritably. "It would have been nice if Max would've calibrated these damn things to pick up non-human life signs!" "Well if it's any consolation, then we've got no more visitors up ahead." Aoi said. She had a silver wadjet eye burning on her forehead as she had the Star's Tauk active. "Just a whole lotta nothing and bad feeling in the pit of my stomach." "Yeah, well, we've all got one of those right now." Jun replied. Aoi flipped him off in Italian. "What?!" "Shut up before you make me go psycho on you. I just got done yelling my brains out at Daichi. Again." Aoi said grumpily. Damn idiot shouldn't have volunteered for that last mission anyway... |
Max was sipping on a cup of coffee when Aka and Yugi entered in the room.
"Sorry for the disappearing act but I was able to get the image out....with the help of Yugi of course" Aka said, gleaming. "I'm suprised that you recovered that quickly" Max said. "What do you want with me?" the image hissed. |
"For you to stop tormenting my wife, that's what." Yugi replied. This image was seriously pissing him off right now. I wish she'd just let me blast the damn thing... He thought in frustration.

"Who are you working with?" Yugi asked.

Yugi, whatever you do, do NOT abuse your powers Atem warned. The image laughed.

'I know,' Yugi replied. 'But this thing is seriously getting on my nerves.'
*** "Yes!" Sakura hissed triumphantly. "You two remember the drill, right?" Kaiba asked. He swore that their uniforms were bound to attract unwanted attention any moment. Jun and Judai nodded. "Good. And you two--" he indicated Sakura and Aoi "--keep it--" "Short and sweet." Sakura interrupted. "We were at the briefing, genius." She had already insterted her data coin and was hacking into the main server with almost no effort as well. Kaiba insterted his own data coin and started in on the procedure. Aoi quickly followed suit. |
Remember Aka's warning. Don't smash the mirror Atem warned, goodness what's going to happen if you did do that....

'You do realize that I know binding spells, right?' Yugi replied. 'And what do you mean "goodness knows what would happen"?!'

'Okay, okay.' Yugi replied. Then as a thought to himself, Usually I'm the one cautioning Atem!

"So if she's working for the enemy, why decide to haunt Ashleigh when we purfi-" Aka said then she clicked.
"That's it. We got rid of Ashleigh's darkness but didn't purify her!" Aka turned to Yugi. "Do you know any purification spells?" she asked. |
Yugi nodded. "But it's not my strong point, sadly. Like Atem, I'm a combat mage rather than traditional."
