Yes, Cessy is adorable. She's not on very much. She's a sweet little girl. I have to say there aren't any main npcs that i dislike.

Though I know a few people dislike Nami, because...well I don't really know why. he's so nice. -_-...anyways you should meet him! You'd see ^^

The way Auctioneer talks is similar to how Bartuc does. It's mostly weird breaks in the sentences :lol:
