I actually don't have very many cysts at all; too few, actually, which is why I only ovulate 4 times a year :/

@Arikana: That sounds awful o.o I know that if I'm not careful these next few years, I could develop fatal ovarian cancer :/ My aunt lost one ovary and the half of the other (Thankfully, she managed to have a son with half an ovary!)
