Several protesters held signs saying "Natural not Artifical" And there were chants of "Organics Only!"

Meiko glared at them as she pulled out her AK47 it was a old gun but it was one of her favorites. She made sure she only had rubber bullets as she moved closer to the crowd. They had no Idea how many cyborgs put their lifies on the line every day to protect them and here they where saying the didn't want them. She was more than pissed as she glared at them.

Scott put his hand on the rifle. "They have not started being violent yet." One of the protesters shouted "Cyborg lover!" and threw a brick. it hit Meiko.

Meiko didn't flinch as she just stared at the person. Her face was blank as she jerked her body to attention. She ignored him as she moved from scott to where the other teams where. The other teams held their shields as the crowd grew bigger. Meiko held her AK ready to do her job. "By the law you have the right to voice you opinion and gather. You do not have the right to voice your opinion by valance. And valance that is shown will be meet by the law." Her voice echoed through the area.

More people started to throw objects. Scott took out a gernade launcher and fired tear-gas gernades into the crowd. The people scrambled.

The other teams finished off the crowd and made sure everyone was safe and made it back to where they needed to be. Meiko disappeared into the crowd. She threw her gun down on her table as she locked her door behind her. She walked to her bedroom letting her clothes fall where they may as she made her way to the shower. She closed her eyes as she thought about every thing that had happen that day. The hot shower helped with the pain from the brick and the stunt she had pulled the other day. She also kept thinking about her informant and the deal he had made with her. She could become like scott. She wouldn't feel anything any more. The thought was sounding good till today and now she just didn't know.

Scott made his way towards Meiko's apartment. He knocked at the door. "Meiko? are you ok? I'm worried about you, especially after what happend today."

Meiko put on her clothes and walked to the door she opened it and invited him in. "I...I..am fine." She lied she didn't know what she was anymore. All she knew was she wasn't normal she was a killer that was all she was good at. Emotions had never been her best thing and now they where her enemy.

Scott came in, and instantly could sense that something was wrong. "Meiko, you know you can talk to me about anything."

Mieko gave him a slight smile as she looked up into his eyes and gently placed her hand on his jaw. "I am fine I promise why wouldn't I be." She moved to her frig and pulled out the vodka for herself and a bear for Scott. She hadn't been one to drink but after today that might become her new pass time she thought. Though she could think of places and things she wanted to do with scott though.

Scott took the beer and sat down. "I am sorry for what happend today. Protesters usualy don't get violent like that."

Meiko laughed and happy to be free from her thoughts. "I have had a harder time with other enemy's....I am sorry though Scott....I wish they knew how amazing you are. I think they are the cyborgs they have hearts yet they act like they don't."

Scott made a slight laugh. " As long as you are ok, that's all that matters to me."

Meiko smiled as she leaned over and kissed him. She knew he couldn't feel it but it was the thought that mattered. She gently grabbed his hand and pulled him to the couch and snuggled up next to him feeling quite relaxed with him. "I am one tough cookie you know."

"Tough, yes. But I know that under that hard shell you are a portrait of beauty" Scott wrapped his arm around Meiko.

Meiko smiled as she laughed. She closed her eyes as she enjoyed feeling his arms around her. He was the only person she could be the weak person she truly was with. "I love you Scott."

Scott leaned in closer. "I love you too, Meiko"

Meiko look up at him and smiled as she kissed him again and laid her head on his chest. "You are to good to be true at times. Please if you are a dream then don't wake me."

"Oh, I'm real all right. Here, I have an idea to help you relax." Scott put his fingers on Meiko's temples, and made a high frequency vibration that sent a feeling of pleasure through Meiko's body.

Meiko bit her lips as her body jerked slightly from the sensation. She looked up at him as she let out a soft moan. "You like making me sound like a normal woman don't you." She tried to lay still as she looked at him her body began to relax after a bit.

"Hey, I try My best" Scott said with a slight chuckle.

;peered up at him and crossed her arms not to happy with that statement. She rolled her eyes at him then laughed, as she turned on her side and laid her head in his lap then drifted off to sleep.

As Meiko slept, Scott gently ran his fingers through her hair. He loved her, and he wanted to be with her. But he didn't know how.

Meiko open her eyes as she stared up at him giving him a warm smile. "You could have told me to get off you. I am sorry for falling asleep on you."

Scott looked down at Meiko. "No, that's ok. I don't mind. Besides, you've had a tough day."
