Other FF movies? Well - there's the 'Spirits Within' movie, which really has nothing to do with anything, and most Final Fantasy fans are dissapointed that there are so few FF references in it.

There's also some crazy cartoon anime series who's name I can't remember.

Wow, I actually really like Spirits Within, but I didn't know there wasn't many references to FF in it...I'm not that big a fan of FF....yet...lol

Unlimited, yeah! I never watched that. Picked up the box, flipped it over, read the back and went 'meh'. I may be a FF fan, but that doesn't mean I have to own EVERYTHING with the name slapped on it if I don't think it's going to be any good. :D

SW had some characters named the same, and the 'Gaia Principle' which is subtly hidden in a lot of FF games. But none of the monsters were anything like the Summons/Aeons/etc.

I'm going to have to look it up now...ok FF:Unlimited is a no go....It doesn't look good at all...not at all...blahhh....

Yeah, that's what I thought. Just didn't grab my interest. I may end up watching it SOMEDAY, just because.... but. Not now.

Final Fantasy: Unlimited = there is absolutely nothing serious to it and it's just a bunch of comedy... it's good if you want a few mindless laughs.

I only like Advent Children.... and even then its kinda wonky. BUT its fanservice - what's to complain about?

Fanservice is good. That's why I got the Dirge of Cerberus game. Even I will stoop to learning how to play a shoot'em'up game just to get more time with one of my Favorite Characters. :XD

I looked up one episode of Unlimited and started watching it...5 secs of it and I was like my ears are bleeding from bad dubbing...

Fortunately, that game lets you keep any xp you earn in a level if you fail so you level up as you're losing until you finally win. XD It's designed for bad shooters.


I can't stand bad dubbing. There's very few things that were made in Japanese that I'll watch dubbed in English if I have a choice. I'd rather read bad subtitles and listen to the quality voice acting. It helps that I'm learning Japanese and have a clue here and there what they're saying without reading it, though .

Nessie concentrate on the getting the EI's first you can buy the commons later if you need to they will be available even if they cost more then

I agree, Jezriel, I much prefer the subs over the horrific dubbing...gahhh....bad budding is a nitemare!!!!!!

I'm just getting two of the EI's, one for me and a spare. I'm collecting as many bowls as possible and then if I get close to my store item goals by the end of the event I'll concentrate on getting more EI's as backup spares.

As many people as are getting them, they won't be worth very much, so I don't bother gathering them to sell.
