Click on the trades, it's at the top of the page between inventory and blog, then in the part at the top, type your mules name, a.d the items you want and it lets you send a trade.

yeah, you cannot trade event currency. but items can be traded by starting a trade. man that was confusing.

Yes. You can trade commons and CI's and event items, but not the event currencies (ingredients and bowls).

So you will have to bake for the item, then trade the item to your mule.
