This is strange I checked the FAQ to see when things where released and they are saying the ribbon came out last night but I got it the first night. Was that a glitch or something

Shadow, it's a separate item. They were both from the event shop.
I really couldn't decide what I wanted because I wanted everything in every color xD But I figured the belt would layer over the dress so I just chose which ones I thought would go best together. It helped me choose which color to get so I at least have one of each item that I liked that match together. |
I'm good on my event items, but if I happen to get enough for a couple more commons, that'll be nice.

I'm probably just gonna get the event items, and then later, if I'm on for a while tomorrow, go for the event shop items. There are a couple that I love but their worth several bowls.. ><
