I always ask for no ice in my drink when I got to the movies. Everywhere else that's fast food, you can get your own around here.

Jezriel 01-01-2010 08:44 PM

Yeah, I just don't think about that. Most of the places I go to don't fill the cup so full of ice that I can't move my straw like that.

Well, time to do some price shopping. I think I may get 7 for my computer, and I have to get a new wheel for my car, the rim bent.

Bandit of Love 01-01-2010 08:45 PM

Jezriel did you get the Southern Style Chicken sandwiches? Because those can be extremely expensive.

Rei Ann 01-01-2010 08:45 PM

Well I knew almost everyone at the patry so it was no biggie.

TerrenaAnimula 01-01-2010 08:46 PM

The computer I'm looking at is cheap, Jezriel. This one the one I'm looking at. It is a Walmart exclusive though and quite nice for the price. It's faster than the other one I was looking at and over $100 cheaper too.

Jezriel 01-01-2010 08:47 PM

>.>' Um, yeah. I did. They are so tasty and free of mustard and mayo!! And I got my son the super box of nuggets.

Ah, the price of avoiding drippings fat. They greeted me with do I want a 3lb angus meal today....

Bandit of Love 01-01-2010 08:49 PM

Sadly, I work at a McDonalds, >< we are forced to ask people if they want wither an Angus burger or our new Mocha Frappe (which are delicious by the way). Next time I suggest just asking for a plain Mcchicken, only 1.00! ^_^ Plus, the Southern Style buns are sprayed with butter, which I cannot stand.

GrannyJ 01-01-2010 08:50 PM

I generally ask for very little ice.
They almost always put some in and then show me and ask if it's OK.

TerrenaAnimula 01-01-2010 08:51 PM

McDonald's Has Mocha Frappes now? I might try one just to see if it is good. The place where I got my went out of business. And I've never been to a Starbucks. XD

Bandit of Love 01-01-2010 08:52 PM

Yep, as a representative of McD's I can tell you that they are blended chocolate drink with just a hint of coffee. ^^ They also come in Carmel. Ugh, sorry if I sound ridiculous.

TerrenaAnimula 01-01-2010 08:53 PM

Lol. I haven't had a frappe in a long time. Just Frozen Mochas, Iced Mochas, and the Hot Mochas. XD We don't sell frappes where I work.

Nessie 01-01-2010 08:53 PM

hehe i think thats a good thing, Bandit. its good to know what things are sometimes X3 especially from fast food hehe

GrannyJ 01-01-2010 08:54 PM

I don't care for coffee, so I have never really understood all the coffee "jargon".
What is a frappe?

Bandit of Love 01-01-2010 08:54 PM

Thanks Nessie. ^^ I like the Frappe's because they taste just like a chocolate milkshake but always give me a burst of energy because of the coffee.

TerrenaAnimula 01-01-2010 08:55 PM

I'm not sure exactly what a frappe is, Granny. I just know I like them. I'm not a coffee person either, but I do like the fancy stuff.

Rei Ann 01-01-2010 08:55 PM

Rei doesn't like coffee, but shecloves their tea.

demon_girl 01-01-2010 08:57 PM

Oh no, I accidentally baked another Cuppy Cake Clan instead of something else!

Anyone want one, and have an extra Reindeer Disguise, Holiday Tree or Festival Ribbon they don't want?

Nessie 01-01-2010 08:57 PM

i like lattes when i go to a coffee shop ^^

Bandit of Love 01-01-2010 08:57 PM

@Granny: A frappe is basically an iced coffee but instead it's blended into the ice instead of just poured over the ice.

@Rei: I could never care much for tea, unless its full of cream and sugar.

Jezriel 01-01-2010 08:57 PM

Hm, I might try the frappe if I go back anytime this month. :XD
I did THINK about getting the cheap mcChicken, but... I couldn't remember how it tasted, and I knew I liked the Southern one from when they were passing out all those coupons when they were new and I got a few.

Really but I simply adore tea.

Lunettes de Soleil 01-01-2010 08:59 PM

Bandit- I'm the opposite.
I like honey in my tea, but no cream or sugar.

TerrenaAnimula 01-01-2010 08:59 PM

I've had an iced latte once because co-worker made an extra so I took it since no one else wanted it. I had to add more milk and sugar to it because I didn't really care for the taste.

Nessie 01-01-2010 08:59 PM

I never put anything in my tea usually <<;

GrannyJ 01-01-2010 09:00 PM

I'm afraid that I have always used saccharin or Sweet n'Low in my tea.
For some very strange reason, I have never cared for sugar, but I like the artifical sweetners.
`laughs`
I know, I know. It makes no sense.
