true... that's more than I've ever had on my novel... and my huge problem with writing it is i'm not good at writing beginnings at all.

I like writing beginings once I tell myself to start. sometimes, all I have is a beautiful poetic begining that can't continue.

when it comes to story i have much to fun writing the action and endings that the beginning is so boring. i don't like reading beginnings either they are always so boring!

I like endings, just not the middle. there's so much that has to be written, but isn't too interesting. some times, I just get these passages that make wonderful beginnings, but those are the ones I never continue. Beginnings are so poetic and often full of expressive flowery language for me.

beginnings are me struggling to set up the story without giving too much away. especially with this Dream Wanderer novel, simply b/c i don't want you to understand everything from the beginning.

hm, a hammock sounds like a wonderful idea *digs around sets one up, climbing into* hopefully i won't fall out of it... i always seem to.

I like the stories where I write because the words are there, but not the story. like that one that started with "The first time I died..." I don't always know where I'm going.

hammock?! where could you set up that!!? I've never fallen out of one.....

i have a penchant for it a swear... or if not falling out being completely denied the ability to climb int one.

I get that sometimes, but my ideas are vague and often start with that first sentence. My yaoi was idea first and that's why I had issues with starting it!

lol. well my dream wanderer story started out as a poem with a prompt that was given to me and blew up from there.

I see. I like going from poem too, but my poem tend to end up at the beginning of the story. those pros poetry I write occasionally.

yeah.... I don't write prose poetry.... and that poem is a complete idea... it's pretty much like a plot outline... so i have to do some major expanding.

I think its more pros that sounds very poetic, but that's pretty much the same thing.

well we all know i'm long winded when it comes to poems.

It happens to me quite often actually. but I don't keep up that poetic style, so its just the begining. I also sometimes write first person for the first paragraph but 3rd for the story

lol... dream wanderer is fun... i have random first person chapters and third person...and i'm thiking of throwing in a second person chapter just for kicks.

using 'you.' I'm not sure if I'll actually do that... I want to cuz it'd be fun... but it'd have to have purpose within the story.

oh, that's how I was writing Riena's story and that's why it didn't get far. I didn't write another page in it recently. its too confusing though. It just mixes 2nd and 3rd together and hardly makes sense.
