My aunt forgot to actually make them though, lol, so she gave me all the ingredients to take home. I don't want to make them yet though, until I get to my own house (I'm staying with my parents right now).

Well, you could always order Chinese. They tend to be open on Christmas. It's were all of the Jewish families go out to eat since they're one of the few types of restaurants that're actually open.

They're pretty awesome, diner-style burgers and shakes. It's "fast food" and they have a drive thru, but you sit down to eat and a waiter comes and takes your order... and their burgers are fresh too!

I was just saying the Chinese food because that become the unofficial food among Jewish families for Christmas. IT really used to be that they were the only types of restaurants that were open, but more and more places are nowadays. Even so, for a lot of families, the tradition lives on.

I've been to Steak N' Shake. I had a peanut butter shake there. It was yummy.

I don't think the chinese places are open this late though, it's almost 9pm here :/

Most places open up later in the now now for Christmas.

I found out why I have never heard of Steak n Shake! There are none of them in the state of Virginia! XD

The only chain I've heard of that we don't have is In n Out Burger.

IHOP was open in my town earlier today, but I'll bet it's closed already. I'm eating the other half of my huge omlet from there earlier right now.

I know some Chinese places that'll deliver even at, like, 11 at night.

Then again, I live in a college town, so that might make a difference in how late certain restaurants stay open or are willing to deliver their food.

A Thai place near my house makes the BEST omelettes I've ever had :drool:

I would assume there are Jack in the Box somewhere in Virginia since they play the commercials here. Not sure about White Castle. But I don't think we do. But I never heard of the others.

I good burger place is Fuddrucker's! But we don't have one close to where we are. I think you have to travel at least an hour and a half to get to one. :/ Hard Rock Cafe is also good, but the closest one is in Washington DC, a two and a half hour drive. :/

I love IHOP! I love using their strawberry syrup on the regular pancakes! ^^ Yum. I know want IHOP. XD

We have a Fuddruckers, but it's a 4 hour drive from where I am now xD

2 hours from my own house though.

And we have a Hard Rock in the downtown area. I wasn't impressed though :/

We get Jack In The Box commercials where I live, but I don't think there's one in this state. It's kind of annoying.

White Castle is tasty! Certainly not healthy, but tasty none the less! I'm getting hungry!

Jack in the Box is sooooo delicious... but anything fried will pretty much kill you xD

I love white castle's fried mozzarella. It is LOVE.

We don't have one in my home town though, but they sell frozen sliders at Wal-Mart :D
