Vectors are graphics that are made to be resized. Essentially...images that are raster, like...say, any picture from anime or cartoons or comics online -- aren't always good being resized, vectors can.

I think some of mine get around 200/300 layers.

Vector art is digital art from shapes that isn't made from pixels, but from lines and paths. *nod nod* Anime pics and photos are pixel-based =w=
