My dad had to contact Dell once and they kept putting him on hold or he'd get someone who's accent he couldn't understand or make him hold on the internet for a while and still couldn't answer his question!

Lol, I like the summer more...but I like to swim :D And yes...our avis belong to a secret order of...forest dwellers...of some sort.
