I figure all the exercise I need is walking to and from class on campus... last semester is was 117 steps to the top of this big hill where my astronomy class was, and all my other classes were on the 3rd or 4th floors, and people cant use the elevators unless they have a keycard, and they can only get a keycard if they are seriously disabled, my campus did it that way to help combat obesity.... I lost almost 20 pounds my first semester there :D
