I also want to adopt a cat.. But, my mother hates pets.. :\ So I had to settle for fish.. And I'm allergic to fish..

Whenever I come in contact with the water. -cleaning the tank, removing a fish.. feeding them- I just lose it.. Bumps all over, uncontrollable shivers.. Etc.

That sucks. Maybe you're allergic to a chemical in the cleaning system

I don't think that's it.. Cause when I first bought the fish, and I opened the bag for the first time. The water -and the fish- came in contact with my hand.. And that's when it all started. But, I'm open to suggestions and I might have to look into that.

How does feeding the fish cause it...? oO No contact with the fishie...

Well I'm sure they were in a tank with chemicals used to clean when you got them. I think that might be what's causing you problems.

Could be something on the fish's scales too or something o.o

Alrighty then, when I get around to it, I'll read the ingredients for it.

Btw, whenever I open the lid to the tank water splashes out from the filter.

Frustration. Another day claimed by family that I don't get to spend doing my own things.

My mother will be back over here any minute to take up the rest of my day, so I'm posting while I can.
