I can make the charity thread, just not in the charity forum! There are absolutely NO restrictions on making the thread in the contests and giveaways forum, and once I am old enough by THEIR standards, I can remake the thread in the charity forum, which, once again, will just be doing exactly what Mene is attempting to avoid, over creating threads and spam.

Hello Breathe. @ Shaman - Yeah, that would work. There is nothing in there about that. I think the contest and giveaways if for small time anyways, which is what you will be doing till you can make the charity thread. |
Now, I can either go ahead and do this, or I can pitch my case to the admins and see if we can't just come up with a simple solution to help prevent the spam and thread making, and just see if they'll let me use the darn charity forum...
