amy smiled and took shay's hand. "we'll probably be up all night..." she laughed. her other hand was intwined in secari's. she wouldnt. couldnt leave him now. they all slowly started the walk to the doorms, breathing in and out the chilly night air.

"wait there." He raised his hands and muttered something quietly, throwing up a barrier around them. "I am here to understand what happened."

"I'm not here for that. I want to kick the bitches ass."

"Shut up. Kevin." Turning to raven he added, "Now, honestly, Miss Raven, would you rather me pry. Or answer me directly?

Raven was a bit surprised at the barrier went up around them. Separating her and Alzeid. Raven turned to the teacher. "Directly will only bring up more questions. Mine as well pry. You would have only done it any way. Just as you have before." She said to him rather coolly.

"Didn't pry. Without even trying, your gift shows." Shrugging, Jonathan looked sadly, running a hand through his spiked hair, "Now please. You can make this easier on yourself. Why?" Frowning he shook his head, "did you even bother to learn about that... things... past? Did you not hear him just now?"

"Don't bother. I say we just turn her over to Secari. She can answer to him." Smirking he stepped closer and tapped his foot impatiently.

"I would have if given the chance. I have been getting screamed and threatened ever sense. Hard to learn under those circumstances." She looked to Alzeid. Hoping to get some boost of confidence. Her eyes went back to the teacher and his son. Her hands went to her temples, rubbing her head. A migraine was starting to torment her. "Why did i bother though? I have no control over my ability, and yes I did hear him."

"Your gift is what is holding you to him? Than how about I make you a deal. Anything you need, I will help you gain control." Shooting a glance at Kevin he added, "We are in this together. If we lose here, you lose." Closing his eyes he sighed, "And, your not alone." Glancing at Alezid he smiled, "I have an inkling you get what I mean?"

"Oh shove it! Shes clearly not ever going to listen to you. Feed her to the lion." he stepped closer to her and drew his athame, "I could end it all for you know?"

"Helping everyone is better than my own gain. At least that is what your son would say." Raven sat herself down in the barrier. Crossing her legs. "You can not mark me." She lifted her sleeve a bit to show the star, "If you do, the two marks will react. Certainly something that can not be too good.."

"I wouldn't say that. I am up for myself only. These others can rot for all I care." He spat, turning on his heel he paced.

"I never said mark you. I said help you gain control." He sighed and stretched, "if you want."

Raven looked back up at Alzeid. She wanted to know what he had to say about this. If anything at all. Raven could not think straight at that time. At least with the migraine pounding against her head. Her power itself did not need control. It was automatic, mostly since she was human. Somehow though, she had a feeling his attempting to help her would not work. Just from pass experiences with other teachers. "...okay. We can try."

Secari stopped in his tracks to hear the teacher and Raven. Did she say mark? "Wait... It think Raven has that star too..." Secari said and looked at Raven. "What exactly is the mark my father gave you?" he asked looking at her. Maybe if he learned what it did he could release Amyand Raven from it.... Hopefully....

Alzeid knelt besides Raven and placed a around around it. If he really wanted to he could get them out of this barreir in a matter of seconds but it seemed that the teacher really wanted to help. When Secari spoke he remembered the tattoo that Raven had said she got and looked at Secari, "it is a star." he said as he looked at him and was trying to piece togeather everything but already had a clue what was going on.

Shay laughed, "yeah but where is the fun if you dont stay up all night." she said as she smiled at Amy.

"It's a start. Now than let us go." He placed his hands on the barrier and it collapsed, "Lets go then. Right now, rest. Tomorrow, Come to my office first thing in the morning." He nodded at alezid, "thank you for refraining young man. Kevin, you may now return.

"Return? where? oh... oh hell no. Nuh uh!" He began to pull towards his father as he was dragged slowly backwards towards the other students.

Okay, lets go and take a look at whats really going on. Stepping slowly to where Secari's father was standing. "What are you up too."

Raven looked up at Alzeid. Her eyes were worn down and seemed just filled with sadness. She was tired. Very tired now. Behind her Secari started to ask questions. Raven got up, with Alzeid staying by her side. Pulling her sleeve up to show him. On her wrist was a black star. It was morphed since before though. Now holding a dark circle around it. Connecting each point. She kept her eyes away from him. Keeping what Kevin had said in mind, along with the rumors. She was not afraid of Secari. Just knew her place around him. That being not to anger him. The visions of the elf being chased down entered her mind again. They seemed more intense with Secari close by. Showing he had a connection to her. Raven brought hands up to rub her head as she thought about the vision.

amy looked back at secari and frowned. dont worry about me secari, ill be fine... she smiled back to shay and nodded. "i see your point."

Stopping at the edge of the binding's range he groaned, "Dammit. I thought I could wash my hands of you fools!"

Shaking his head, he closed his eyes, "Well now. I think its about time I have a parent teacher confrence." Standing up he dripped some of his blood on the spot and began to mutter under his breath.

Secari looked at Raven and then Amy. "Youre marked... I'm not sure what the mark does but I have a feeling that it's not good..." he said and touched Amy's mark again and recieved a shock. He cringed slightly and looked at her. "He doesn't want people messing with the mark...." he said quietly. Or he doesn't want me to help you....

amy looked at the mark on her arm again and then at secari. "what's it even supposed to do? how will it serve a purpose to him? i dont mean anything to him."

"Oh would you forget the mark for a moment? Theres something a bit more important. Whatever the hell it was that happened out there." Kevin pointed at the barrier, "Shit just got worse. I'm the new kid, so explain to me, why the hell your old man wants at you so bad?"

amy frowned and looked up at kevin. "oh, shut up already. stop acting like you are gad almighty and can tell me whats right and wrong." she looked back at secari and smiled guiltily. "but i would like to know more about your dad and why he goes to such great lengths to get to you."

"Sorry, everyone has to tell the truth around me. I can't switch it off. No one can." Kate said. Her voice had a hint of sadness and guilt. She was already dreading the girl's reaction. Little Tom looked a bit uneasy at this but he wasn't running, so that was a good start.

"Really. Cuz here I thought I was offering some assistance. Whats so wrong with wanting a bit of information on a threat?" Shrugging he turned away, "unless you don't want my help?"

Secari rolled his eyes at Kevin and shook his head. "You want to know why my father hates me? Fine. When I was two and my father was hardly ever home, my mom got mad... She would blame me for having to hide all the time... Saying that if I hadn't been born things wouldve been perfect for her and my father... You must understand though... Elves tolerate hybrids but an elf marrying another person of race was untolerated. My mother had to run on the day of my birth and nearly both of us died because her secret had gotten out.... One day I had had enough. Whenever my dad was home he would be ungodly cruel... And when he was gone my mother would abuse me... So I snapped. I killed my mother and when my father came home I had left a note in blood for him.... Ever sense, we have hated eachother." Secari explained and looked at the ground.

Alzeid wrapped his arm around Ravens shoulder and kissed her head soflty. Today was a very tireing day and he slowly pulled her away from the group. "lets get you to bed." he whispered softly and began to lead her back towards teh school so that she could go to bed.

Shay smiled and Amy and couldn't wait to catch up and find out what has happend since she was gone.

Raven looked away from the group as Secari spoke. She knew most events his body had been though. Even feeling a few of the major hits to himself. It was truely horrible. Even his words were painting a barrier of the true picture. He made it seem so light comapired to how it really was for him. Alzeid slowly started to lead her away, which she was very greatful for. Raven stayed close to him. He brought her all the way back to her room in the dorms. Not that it was very far from his own room. She did not want to lay down though. She wanted to talk with him. Even if her body protested against her. "Alzeid.. I want to answer your questions. Ask me anything.."

Alzeid looked at Raven and smiled sweetly to her. "okay, here is my first question. how did you know him and why?" he asked as he looked at her and wanted to know. He wanted to make sure that she wasn't in any danger and if she was he would make it his mission to get her out of it.
