We're all just little statistics to them really. The only thing I like about the course is my friends and the Computer aided design classes, which is Photoshop and 3D modelling/animation. and I get 1 and a half to 2 hours of each per week. I've been forced to do fashion For which the teacher isn't there for most of it. Sculpture I loathe, yet I've been forced to take that too. Art history and Life drawing, I also hate, because you're either talked at for 2 hours, or criticized for 2 hours Edit - Oh, And I've been told I'm not going to get into University because I draw in a way that universities hate. Valo: don;t listen to what they think, go your own darling. Plymouth uni will accept you. : ) They accept almost any grade. But they're actually *really* good.

Art history and life drawing, however are crucial to any kind of artist...It can be boring, yes, but you'll need it. I really hate it that my school didn't pay too much attention to that, to which I'm now stuck drawing a 2-d Animation, which will be 2:30 minutes...By myself, because no one else can draw....

Does Star really need some head stuck up their arse art teacher who thinks they're a art crit- I can't spell that word telling, her that her arts bad (which in my opinion it's not), that's just their opinion of what they like.
Other people will really like your style alot of artist never go to uni and still do bloody well for themselves. Don't let them brake your confidence in your art down, just because they're an arse wipe of a teacher doesn't give them the right to force their opinion on you. You lot had better than my art classes we all hated the first art teacher nothing was good enough. |

I hated most of my art teachers, except form one who I both love and hate, i;ve been taught by him for 3 years and he's great because he super inspires you but he can be quite rude sometimes. |
