I don't like battered fish though. I always end up cutting the fish out from the batter so there is really no point. That said my dad makes horrible fish and chips. It dosn't taste nice at all.

I only ever get fish and chip shop fish when I'm at home. We always ask for it well done so you don't get soggy batter. Nothing worse.

The fish and Chips i had in America when i was with Liz was quite nice, That was taken from one of the lakes. Not sure what type of fish it was though.
