No, I'm just a terrible judge of time. I know the drink will be too hot straight away so I'll go back to my DS/laptop/minor household chore and then spend too long on them.

Cold coffee is thankfully a lot easier to drink than cold tea- which is awful- but I've drank so much of it now it's stopped bothering me so much.
