'blinks' star is talking about manageing ones money.. and even math does that to.. if you only get so much of a check and your bills are so much, you pay them off and 'manage' the rest of the money to pay for things like food, soda, and everything else and by the way i LOVE the sweeny tod siggy >_> he was just awesome.
