Really? Well yea its not nice, but Ashitaka really was trying to shoot their arms off. I still love that movie, it was my introduction to Studio Ghibli. I am such a sucker for stories about forest spirits and the like.

Woody: I like long movies too, but Pom Poko was too long. Its the only one that I have never actually finished watching. >.<

I didn't watch Pom Poko, but I heard about it it and the more, interesting moments.

There was quite a bit of unexpected gore in it...but I think I am more like Woody, the real stuff is what makes me a tad more twitchy.

That's true Zea D: Thanks to my 4 siblings ( I am the youngest) I was desensitized early to gore. I used to watch horror movies with them when I was 5. That gave me other complexes though... like my distrust and dislike of clowns thanks to watching IT as a little child. Eek!
