Molasses cookies are so good... except that they make you poo. lol... Something in the molasses is kinda like a bowel stimulant. But they are so good... unless you eat a lot of them. They have a very distinct flavor. The closest thing to it might be a gingerbread cookie

hm, um.....okay. I don't like gingerbread that much. I like putting icing and sprinkles on gingerbread men.
