I'm just in love with Disturbed. Their music is beyond amazing, to me. Yet I couldn't tell you the name of anyone in the band... XD

My kinda metal now is still kinda mystical/ interesting.... A lot of the German bands are good. There is folk metal, pirate metal, etc etc...

the only metal i really know is metallica and that's cuz my brother used to listen to them

I listen to everything, I generally have like one or two songs by an artist, and know nothing more of them. I don't generally subscribe to bands, or even genres, Disturbed is about the only one I enjoy EVERYTHING from. I like their sound. And Beethoven, he just couldn't go wrong.

It's hard to say sometimes, what fits into what genre. :) But okay. Some metal really is exhausting to listen to, but for whatever reason, angsty teen goth metal whatever is not. (Sometimes a woman just needs to listen to angsty teen goth metal, okay? :sweat: )

Evanescence is metal... They were just accepted into a more pop mainstream, my friend saw them on their first national tour and that was with Ozfest, soooo. Metal
