oh my. its already spring here. nice and warm. I get pale over winter too because I hate the cold.

Jeez... This week was such hell for me. :gonk: But I ended it nicely with a trip to the Philly Flower Show in the city with my friends. :yes: And then yesterday we all helped out at this school event for potential incoming Honors freshmen... They were all such awesome people... I hope they end up coming here! It was such an amazing talk that it made me want to reapply here. :rofl:

But yeah. That aside, it was a hectic, miserable week. :sweat: This upcoming week will be a little less stressful, although I've a feeling it's not going to exactly be a cakewalk...

it's going ok... it's not so bad when all i really have to do is hang out with these kids for a few hours a day... although, i had a training friday and i am so sore from it! it was a refresher on putting kids in holds and stuff... we got to put other staff mates in these holds to try them out lol

@facade: in the job i do now, the chances of having to do a hold are pretty slim... when i was doing residential it was almost a daily occurrence at times... i have gotten very lucky in that i have never had to do them... i think generally i do my best to avoid going quite that far... i think my 'skilz' are keeping the kids from escalating that far :yes:

I'm great with kids, but sometimes they're afraid of me. xP
