Well... I dunno I guess I meant it was enforced MORE in high school. Like, if you don't do it in college, its on your own head. At least at my two colleges it was like that. I did mine. I guess sometimes I didn't do the reading >.> But that happens.

well, doing the readings isn't always enforced, but everything else is. there's a strict turn in policy. in high school, teachers will actually let you turn things in late too, not like in college.
