I'm doing it for class. I have to write two resumes and two cover letters. I'm saying I'm going for a mentorship with an editor in this one.

a portfolio, a resume for art exhibitions/galleries, and a separate resume for normal work. But my current career path isn't an exhibiting, gallery based artist.

then what is your current path then?

writing focus. illustrations for art or comics if I can ever kick myself in my butt to get into that.

plan to graduate in december. and no. I don't see that it would help me much. it's not like I'm studying a hard science field where having higher education makes you shiny.

and if you are graduating within a year it might be a good idea to get some internships or something which will help you get an idea for what you want to do for work

I dunno. I keep submitting writing to a contest. I'll try to get a non-scifi story good so I can submit it to a magazine as well.

pretty good. i went to the dentist today and i actually haven't been since 2009 >.> buuut! i have no cavities! i was really proud of myself lol then i went ice skating and i finally learned how to STOP! [squee] i don't stop perfectly every time but i am stopping and that also made me really proud of myself! [yes] i printed out my resume, ate dinner with my dad, step mom and sister, watched some doctor who... theeeen i went to visit my mum and we drank tea and ate banana bread and chit chatted before i went home and picked out what to wear for my interview and fill out some papers and now i'm watching futurama and talking to you! so it's been a really great day and i hope tomorrow is good too!

my day was spastically up and down. not really something important to get into. I've been kinda mood swingy lately. but I finally drew something I like. It's weird these little sketches look a bit like Torikat's shojo cutesy style which I don't really do. I guess I just needed to draw simpler stuff even though I was to draw things that are more advanced than what I was doing before.
