I've seen flour tortilla chips made. Generally, they're reserved for deserts and such, since they've a mellower flavor than corn chips. But, both are possible. It really depends on the restaurant and the style of food......

I never debate anything of use. just doritos and if we should be allowed to use laptops in class and the proper use of the semicolon.

lolol. Well of course you should use laptops in class. If some dim-wit is stupid enough to browse the internet while his professor is lecturing, well. That's his 40,000 dollars a year he's wasting. Or his parents.

I was arguing that I wouldn't allow laptops in my classes. I don't know ANYONE that uses them for notes. I don't. I've only had one non art class at this school where the teachers allowed computers in class.

I've had very few classes that are actually lectures anyway. that's not as common of a classroom setting. more and more it's discussion.

I didn't have many either. Geology was one of them, at my second college. Which was too bad cause, I LOVE geology....and a huge lecture wasn't so hot. But we did have nice labs where I could impress my seriously hot TA with my rock knowledge. He was awesome. We even went hiking where he lived once cause we struck up a convo about it.
