Woody: yes! mostly a quilt shop. my mom has gotten into making quilts lately. she made one for my son jacob and my brother kevin. now needs to make one for my son kaleb.

It's ok, I love getting songs into other people's heads. Yesterday I was whistling the theme to ET at work and I heard like, 5 other ppl singing it while shopping. muahahahaha

llonka: I don't think I could ever make a quilt... Too many straight lines and whatnot for me. Clothing is so much more forgiving. XD I just fudged something in my frilly apron and no one could tell the difference! Especially when it will be covered in flour and fake blood...

And OMGorsh Kitteh, you really DO make lovely llama times... I might have to get you to make me one *runs to your shop*

Jacob is three and Kaleb will be two in may!!! i mostly stay home with the boys, but have just started selling Avon!! so far so good lol! i dont think you could scare me away hahaha. :)

hahaha clothes would be easier huh?? i cant sew a straight line to save my life!! i mostly just do repairs on hubby's pants :P

OH I WISH I HAD CHILDREN~! But alas... I haven't been that lucky yet. I am going into teaching Early Childhood, and have a practicum in a Kindergarten class this semester, so I see tons of them. I just wanna take 'em all home. My mother sold Avon, I loved it because I got all my make-up and stuff for super cheap from her.

And, btw, nice to meet you too llonka! I didn't introduce myself properly at all either! *so ashamed* I am Woody, just a working girl, looking for grad school and glittery sparkly things! Am starting up shop on Etsy soon, selling faery stuff, soaps, and cameo pillows (very Victorian) As you can see, I like making things.

Who needs to sew a straight line? Psh-tosh. I usually have to realign 50 times...

yeah kids are awesome!!! my mom is a teacher! :D she enjoys it. i'm a nurse's aide. (for now) i'd really like to be a medical assitant or maybe a vet tech!! i just can't decide...
haha i do think Avon is cheaper than the store. i'm waiting on my first package to get here yay!! i ordered eyeshadow and eye liner for myself haha. can't wait to use it!

I plan on traveling the world and doing volunteer work and whatnot until my forties, roughly. Then I plan on adopting some kiddos and settling down. :) I've actually considered settling down in South Africa... Very pretty place from the pictures I've seen, plus, it's exotic. I definitely have no want for the "white picket fence" way of life here in the US... I'd much rather be out and about in a rural area... That is, later in life. Up until then, I'm seeing the pretty and ugly bits of the world, and just soaking it all in...

I used to consider myself a city person, but I'm realizing more and more that the occasional trip to nearby cities for shopping, nights on the town, etc. are more important than living there, with the high cost of living and general stuffiness... I'm slightly claustrophobic. :gonk:

haha sounds like a good plan!! *nods* i dont think i could ever live in a big city. the occasional visit is good enough for me. too much traffic and to hard to get around. i'm used to small town living. :)

I thought something was majorly wrong with it, but apparently the temperature meter in my coolant tank is broken and that is why the temperature apparently sky rocked on my way to work yesterday :wipes sweat off of brow: that was a close call
