I freckle, but even this girl that never tanned got her first tan because of marching season. lots and lots of sun.

Yeah, even the palest of people can tan, and even the darkest of people can get sunburn, apparently. it's just whats the norm for them, though... i have to be really careful to wear sunscreen and only go outside at the times when the sun's at the right angle, and not stay in direct sun for too long, blah blah blah

you're like this friend of mine that's irish and has skin that glows with whiteness and she has to wear like half a tube of sunscreen when she goes outside because skin cancer runs so high in her family and she's allergic to lots of sunscreens so she always has a new kind! I sunburn and tan a lot.

the slovenian side all get great tans...
