oh just can't wait any longer to hear on our house contract. got a letter in the mail today though and we got a first time homebuyers' grant! :boogie: so all we have to pay to get into the house would be about $700 or so. tried calling our agent and he was gone, left a message, still hasn't called back. i hate this waiting thing... :(

oh, but it sounds like things are going well!

Waiting does suck! But hopefully you will hear something soon! But it could always be the owners waiting to see if someone offers higher (amazing there are people who offer more than the asking price...why i do not know. :/ )

I also think you get a tax break for being a first time home buyer as well when you do your taxes next year for this year. :D

ooooh a tax break huh?? ;) agent finally called back, was glad i let him know we got that grant, said he would try to contact the bank tomorrow and see what's going on.

Yeah....because when I was doing mine online, it asks you if you bought your first home and whatnot....so...you do get a tax break with that.

Headaches are lame...I'm just glad I'm not getting migraines like I was with my old glasses. Now I'll just headaches with my new glasses.

maybe that's what is the matter with me, i need new glasses... glad you aren't getting migraines, sorry about the headaches. :(

I'm lucky I almost never get migraines and if I do, they last for a very very short while.

When I was getting the migraines, they'd last for a while so I'd just turn off the light and lay down and attempt to sleep. Sometimes I will wake up still with the migraine, or it will have become just a headache. It like never disappeared if I took nap.

And I think I am going to go take my shower and go to sleep...well...I may read some before I go to sleep...but I need to actually get up in the morning instead of hitting the snooze button over and over again like I normally do...which is probably I always end up late for class...only good thing about this class is that it never starts on time. XD

ha that's funny, i was logged in all night! :rofl: i forgot to close out my window. hahahaha.

well i took a shower, got most of the toys picked up, vacuumed, cleaned the guinea pig cage, and cleaned the toilet. now to put away laundry... (yeah right) for some reason i have a really hard time putting the laundry away. hoping that'll stop when we get into the house, cuz that way when it's dry i can just put it away right away! hoping our house will much cleaner than our apartment. :lol:

holy cow, llonka! you've done so much today!! I uh, went to one class then went back to sleep for a long nap. my spanish class was canceled so I could sleep longer. and yet I'm still tired.

speaking of toilets...We learned about Duchamp's The Fountain in my art history class today (aka a urinal).

Yesterday...I went to class..came home...got on internet...then read...read more and more and more and finished the book...then I started on my essay at midnight...wrote half of it, went to bed at two in the morning...got up this morning at seven to finish writing...so I am now done...but completely wiped out now...and I have go to class still...then go to another class...and I have to finish two bowls in that class (ceramics) for my final portfolio review that we have to have and this is the last week we can work with wet clay...and I also want to get some glazing out of the way too!
