Yeah, I've noticed when I get into a conversation with the person who I found Menewsha through, I do tend to rack up the gold. Unfortunately I tend to be a little shy and quiet on forums with people I don't know, so the gold doesn't come as fast sometimes. xD

I used to be so shy on here, but as soon as I started chatting I became less shy. :) Now I have a million friends and I get a whole lot of gold a day. x3 Soon you'll probably be less shy and start chatting all the time. ^^

I agrees. I'm still kinda shy and I tend to stick to threads that I have joined...such as this one which I joined a few months ago I guess. XD I normally used to stick to threads that were just starting, but here it was hard to do that so I jumped right into a nother huge thread and that was the first and only thread I used to post in until I started branching out....like a year later...then that was when I started making gold. :D

I am also pretty shy, tend to just read what everyone is talking about. but this is my thread so i have to post lol!! i love how everyone i've met here are so friendly!

so we've started getting things packed up ready to move to the house. i think i'm getting cold feet again, because i'm kinda sad we are leaving this apartment right now. but i know things will be better at the house. i won't have to worry about the landlord, the kitties will be much happier over there, more space, we can play in the yard.... the list goes on. so this weekend hubby's dad told me he wants to chop down my evergreen trees at the house. :( i'd rather he didn't and i think i'm gonna have to tell him. i think he's allergic to them, but he's not living there we are! he also wants to put a ramp on the back door, he's in a wheelchair, but i don't know if he could get in that way. he'd have to get past the washer/dryer and then go through the kitchen to even get into the living room. he must think it's his house too or something, but i don't even know if the door ways are even big enough for him to get through. *sigh*

so now that i've seen the landlord over here today, i'm ready to get outta here!! :angry: it's good that we are moving! maybe then i'll settle down and stop being such a nutcase!

I made a thread last night for night owls like myself... hopefully some people will come chat there with me at night, because after everyone else goes to bed is the time I feel most social! xD Maybe I'll come out of my shell a little and chat more, since it's my own thread. :)

lonka:...I understand the wheel chair thing, he does need to get in when he visits, but he shouldn't make the house like his own. You ARE ther person who bought, your paying for it, your also taking care of it, and fixing whatever is broken, plus you have a paper that says its yours, so it YOUR house. Not his. He shouldn't make it like he wants it, he should help make it how you want it to look if he is going to help. .__.;; I think if you do get a wheel chair ramp, you should put it on the front porch to get one that goes over the steps so when he does visit, you can just put it over the steps and he can go up them. They have those right? o.o

It's not surprising you have cold feet. You have been living in there for a while, right? If so then you have probably had a lot of things that were a big part of your life happen in that place. It is hard to leave a place where a lot of your memories have been made in. Just remember that you can make lots of new memories in there and do a lot more stuff you couldn't do in the apartment. ^^ plus, you can have as many animals you want. just ake sure you don't get so many that you can't pay for there food. xD;; That wouldn't be good.

cookie: yay! :'D I might chat in there. But I can only stay up until 12 AM EST on week days. I normally stay on there until 10 or 11 PM EST on week ends because I like to watch stuff. xD;; so I am probably not much of a night owl. ^^;; But I can still chat in there, right? :3

awww thanks momo! :hug: this apartment was our first home together! and it is kaleb's first home, we were living with my parents when we had Jacob. we have a done a lot of growing up here, been here four years! but it is time to move on. :)

i feel like his dad thinks he has to take over everything. i don't mind if he visits every once in awhile, but if he's gonna act like that he's gonna drive me nuts. he has a portable ramp he could use. i'd rather not build a ramp onto the house. in the front steps there is a tree and flower garden so couldn't put in the front. wouldn't be too hard to just drag his chair up the steps like we have to at other familys' houses.

hello. how is everyone today?

so i just went over to check on my house. saturday we saw that a light was on in the living room, and it still is. so i think i'll call our agent and let him know. while i was there, i saw the other nieghbor. he's some old dude. lol! so now i know what both neighbors look like hahaha. hubby knows the one we already knew about, they race at the car races. i felt like i belonged there so now i'm really excited. ready to start cleaning up and getting it how i want it to be. :squee:

yeah!! hopefully we'll hear back on our loan this week! then we have to get it inspected, get house insurance, and then sign closing papers and then we can move it! hopefully it won't take to much longer. prolly only be gone for a couple days. :) as long as it takes to get our Internets and stuff moved over. :)

Cut down the trees? NOOOO!!!!!! It is your house, not his, you definitely get to overrule him. As for the wheelchair ramp...well...if he's got a portable one, why doesn't he just use that instead of having to build something where a wheelchair may not be able to get through a maze of the door and washer and dryer ?

And if anyone wants me to see any reply to my answer or say hi so i will see it, just ping me. I'm heading off to the shower then going to bed. My hand is in pain and I've been painting straight from 11:30 AM to 5pm then from 7:30 to 10:30 PM. And I have classes tomorrow and I have to do some more painting as well.
