I have to work tomorrow...again...and work isn't helping with my tendonitis...and I wash dishes tomorrow...and using the mouse is finally starting to both me today. :/

But it was between carpal tunnel and tendonitis. Carpal tunnel has been rules out because it isn't behaving like carpal tunnel and if it was, it should have healed by now and not gotten worse. I have been drinking Horsetail Tea and I have to get more...and I might get St. John's Worth tea as well because that is supposed to help with tendonitis as well.

I meant something like motrin... er.. what's the other name for it.. Ibuprofen. Take 800mg every 8 hours. ONce it builds up in your system, unless, well being... maybe you don't do the whole pharmacutical route or something? Hmmm... Anyway, whatever works for you. You should get an mri though, then they could see if there was any scar issue. Have you tried the supplements that's for helping out your joints? I want to know if they work . I have an injured knee, ankle and hip O_O

I normally take five to six ibuprofen at one time and that's all I will take in a day. Then I hardly ever take that because I don't want to have major health problems because of taking so much of it. And it takes that many just to numb a bad head of mine.

I haven't had motrin since I was a little kid. XD

What I've read is that MRI's are not necessary at all and don't have to have done unless the doctor suspects other problems.

But I know how I got it. It's from all those darn art projects I was spending hours upon hours working on...and I would sometimes even go eight hours straight working on one project because I was working with acrylics. :/ So, I'm like really regretting that now. :/

And I haven't tried the supplements. But I'm sure that they would work!

Your body can only process 100 mg every hour though. So anything else would just be a waste. But you can have 100 mg every hour if you need it. I just take 1, 800mg once and it usually helps. I guess I've taken it so much in the past that it's just forever built up into my system :sweat: Motrin and ibuprofen are the same thing :P

MRI's can be helpful, because you break down everything. they can see the smallest abnormalities. We do them a lot in the Army cause I guess people have a lot of underlying problems but I guess they can be expensive :(

I think I want to try them! I really do, they are just like 25-40 bucks a bottle and thats a lot for something that might or might not work >.> Ya know? :S

Well...I'll take the 5 to 6 and it takes an hour before I start feeling the affects and then it only works for an hour or two then the pain will start coming back unless (like the headache) is actually gone. :/
