Sometimes yes they will tell you if there is someone else who is interested in the house if the sellers are trying to drive the price up. Why?> Are you worried that someone is trying to get your house out from under you?

Kat there is hardly ever a time when you are not busy. Always multi-tasking at sonmething or other. Usually school work and movies and mene and a sied manga of some sort. @[email protected] I need to take pointers from you cause I'm signing up for classes. Yes. Me. I hate school but I hate being treated like crap so I'm going to get my BS of Science in Nursing or Liberal Studies and then be an officer in the Air Force and live the good life. The easy life. *sighs and stretches*

that sounds pretty accurate except the movies. I never watch movies. tv yes (when I'm home and HAVE a tv) but not movies. I was meaning I'm busy with school work and the transfer process to change schools.

well we notice today that there is a sold sign up. so my dad is afraid somebody went it and bought it from under us. only way they could have is if they offered cash. but i thought since Fannie Mae accepted our offer that they are legal bound to sell it to us now. i'm sure it's just my dad trying to freak me out, but just wanted to make sure. *shrugs* i bet you all are tired of hearing about this silly house thing. :P
