then its good to see you again, D.J! I've been great. you?

that's cool, Meta. I draw mostly anime too but I'm well rounded i suppose. I'm strictly a traditional artist though.
I used to have elements 7, but it was for PC and I have a Mac now.

D.J. Dead 11-13-2011 01:08 AM

Kat I have had my ups and downs, and roght now I'm getting through my last year of high school. It's good to see you again too

Kat Dakuu 11-13-2011 01:09 AM

aw, the senior year. got senioritis?

D.J. Dead 11-13-2011 01:10 AM

Yes I do and a bad case of it but I keep kicking it down and going to school :P

Kat Dakuu 11-13-2011 01:11 AM

senioritis was fun. I took a bunch of easy classes senior year (art, writing, colorguard, english with the awesome teacher, and more art) so it was easy to get away with.

xXMetalGirlXx 11-13-2011 01:13 AM

@D.J.: That's cool. Anyway, I'm just drawing (doing a double meme on deviantART) and listening to music.

@Kat: Cool. I've been drawing anime a lot that it started to get a bit boring now, so I think I should draw some realism next week. I need to work on those more, but I usually draw the heads.

I used to draw on paper a lot, until I have Paint Shop Pro 7 (I have that when I was 10, almost 11) and started to draw on computer more. Plus, it's easier to draw on computer, but it's my opinion, because on paper, there's like no layers, undo button, etc. I don't like the eraser marks.

D.J. Dead 11-13-2011 01:14 AM

My only real classes are language arts and math otherwise the rest of my classes are pretty easy going and fun

@Metal: awesome, I can't draw at all I love watching other people though

Kat Dakuu 11-13-2011 01:16 AM

I like doing realistic styles, but my anime feeling always comes out a bit in them. I have yet to take a figure drawing class, so I mostly just do portraits.
I find it a million times easier to paint or draw on paper/canvas. I feel I have more control and a personal touch to it. plus I can't sit still while painting and tend to throw paint at the canvas or dance while painting.

math is ew. I think I took algebra my senior year.

xXMetalGirlXx 11-13-2011 01:17 AM

@D.J.: You'll get better. Me too, sometimes I watch people draw from Livestream and iScribble. It was so fun.

Kat Dakuu 11-13-2011 01:18 AM

I occasionally watch people paint in my class because I always finish early.

D.J. Dead 11-13-2011 01:21 AM

I get frustrated when I draw so I usually stick to simple shapes.

Kat I am taking Senior math and it is a little of everything but now I wish I could have taken accounting because I wanted to be in womens choir along with concert choir.

xXMetalGirlXx 11-13-2011 01:24 AM

@Kat: Wow, that's really cool. I also like to watch people drawing on YouTube, but they're speed paints.

@D.J.: I like shapes. I even have my very first OCs that are shapes, made back when I was 3-4. But they have faces, just the eyes and the mouth. I should draw them in human version, which would be cute.

D.J. Dead 11-13-2011 01:26 AM

That would be cute Metal

Kat Dakuu 11-13-2011 01:28 AM

stupid homework I have to do...

D.J. Dead 11-13-2011 01:30 AM

It can't be that bad Kat

Kat Dakuu 11-13-2011 01:32 AM

I had to make a powerpoint on Salvador Dali and how faith and reason are shown in his life.

xXMetalGirlXx 11-13-2011 01:33 AM

@D.J.: Definitely. :) Plus, I'll make them around 10 since they're kind of little kids. I've never gave them ages.

@Kat: How long does homeworks usually take? I used to go to public school until 3rd grade (I don't want to talk about why) and I'm still homeschooling, and now that I'm 8th grade. Homeworks were easy for me.

D.J. Dead 11-13-2011 01:37 AM

@Metal: well it is always fun to guess at ages for kids

@Kat: okay compared to my homework that is hard.....all I have to do is write a review for the movie Rent, for my Writing an Film class

Kat Dakuu 11-13-2011 01:39 AM

well, some of my homework is art projects done entirely out of class taking up to 20 hours of work for one project. other stuff, *shrug* it really depends. the more time I put in to something, the better art/writing I get.
I'm at an art school of course (college) so i'm sure its different from the usual.

xXMetalGirlXx 11-13-2011 01:47 AM

@D.J.: It sure is.

@Kat: Wow, that's really cool. ^^

Kat Dakuu 11-13-2011 01:48 AM

I suppose it is cool.

D.J. Dead 11-13-2011 01:49 AM

@Metal: :)

@Kat: yeah it is different, but thankfully with the college I am going to and my major I won't have to be taking any classes that don't correspond with my major

Kat Dakuu 11-13-2011 01:57 AM

I really suck at using mac powerpoint.

Casiana 11-13-2011 01:59 AM

-rolls in- hey, guys!

Kat Dakuu 11-13-2011 02:02 AM
