dessertdesiert 03-18-2013 09:15 PM

I got the EIs so far.

Jeannesha 03-18-2013 09:16 PM

Those were the first things I got, just to be sure I had them.
But I won't be purchasing any extras of them.

I need to save gold just in case they do an Easter event...

dessertdesiert 03-19-2013 05:26 AM

I never use gold during a normal event xD

Zephi 03-19-2013 05:17 PM

Wait, what? There's an event going on? <.<

dessertdesiert 03-20-2013 01:05 AM

Yes there is an event going on :)

llonka 03-21-2013 07:46 PM

Aww i pretty much missed the whole darn event. [:(]

dessertdesiert 03-21-2013 07:53 PM

Awww I am sorry llonka <3 -huggles-

Jeannesha 03-21-2013 08:52 PM

Well, it's evidently over.
I missed the end of it also...

Oh well.

dessertdesiert 03-21-2013 08:54 PM

The event ended at 3am my time.

Jeannesha 03-21-2013 08:56 PM

But I just noticed that the store is still opened...

dessertdesiert 03-21-2013 08:57 PM

The store will be open for a week.

llonka 03-21-2013 10:47 PM

It's okay. At least we got all the carpeting out. All that is left to do is take the tack strips out of my bedroom closet, some carpeting under the fish tank, mop the floor really good and buy some rugs.

dessertdesiert 03-22-2013 01:48 AM

that doesn't sound bad, do you feel better yet?

llonka 03-22-2013 03:06 AM

I was feeling monday, but tuesday i got really sick again and missed classes. Yesterday was a little better, it gets worse at night.

So I"m trying to look at area rugs. the size we need is the most expensive. :( I had no idea that it would cost so much. I'm kinda disappointed.

dessertdesiert 03-22-2013 03:26 AM

what size do you want?

llonka 03-22-2013 04:36 PM

Probably the biggest we can get, and we'll need two for the living dining room.

TerrenaAnimula 03-22-2013 05:27 PM

Have you tried looking at a discount place for an area rug? That would be the cheapest way to do it. I don't know if you have one of these stores out your way, by Ollie's usually has a lot of rugs of various for decent prices. I think there's even some where you can cut them to the length you want.

llonka 03-22-2013 07:26 PM

Oh that'd be cool Terrena! We'll have to drive to a bigger city to find a place like that. I went to walmart this afternoon and biggest they had was 5x8. That's way too damn small. might be okay for the bedrooms though. One i saw was 80 bucks! I'm scared how much a huge rug is going to cost.

dessertdesiert 03-22-2013 07:29 PM

At an Ollie's i got a big rug for 20 bucks

TerrenaAnimula 03-22-2013 08:46 PM

Yeah...Ollie's has some pretty rugs for cheap. :D

dessertdesiert 03-22-2013 08:47 PM

Yes they do, and remember you don't need to cover your whole floors with rugs.

TerrenaAnimula 03-22-2013 08:50 PM

Mhmm. They also have those square things that attach to each other. Those are pretty cool. :D

llonka 03-22-2013 09:21 PM

Yeah I know. I just wanted to cover the sitting area, but hubby and my dad think we need to cover the dining area too. >.< I found some pretty ones on home depot.com but they are like 395 a rug. xP

Jeannesha 03-22-2013 09:59 PM

Check online for carpet discounters.
There's always a place that's "going out of business", that sells area rugs for really cheap.

Artsydaze 03-22-2013 10:02 PM

Rugs on hardwood floors are the best. [yes]
