what are you doing the research for?

Umm we have to write a research paper, so the topic i chose was "Allowing gun on college campuses is a bad idea" or something like that. so i'm trying to find info to support that idea. she said google at our own risk. we are supposed to use our college's online database i think.

usually you're supposed to use the college database yeah, or search for .edu, .gov....stuff. I don't remember. I'm not the research expert.

nope. i might have to just get on my college's database again and look. i have all day tomorrow, saturday, sunday and monday so i should be fine.

it's good you have time, but it doesn't hurt to get ahead. I've been trying to do that lately, but it really just ends with me being on time.

doesn't sound like a topic that's too obscure. it wouldn't be hard to find sources I'd think.

llonka-llonka! Does your school have lexis-nexis? It might be helpful? Provided that is the database I am thinking about...it would have newspaper articles, broadcast transcripts, legal cases, and company information listed in it. It might be helpful to your topic?

I've never used lexis-nexis. XD But if it is what I think it is...I have seen it being used in a class where they teach you how to do research.

I'm sure I was told to research there for a paper back before I transferred to an art school.
